I got a tattoo done here about a month ago and it’s completely faded out, my whole back needs to be gone over. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my tattoo artists for WEEKS. Today I spoke with him (Gianni) and he said he would redo my tattoo at 8 BUT that they would call when he was finished up with his appointment. I said ok and waited for the call, when I didn’t receive one I showed up at 8:30 just to see them closing early. At this point done even bother with this shop, my tattoo done a MONTH ago shouldn’t even need to be gone over, the unprofessionalism of this place is a joke.

My cousin and I came here to get our navel pierced, and since the day we went we have had problems with our piercing. Keep in mind this was in the month of August of 2017 and I continue to have complications. The piercer first put a bar that was too short and O had to go back in to get a new new one. About 2 weeks ago my piercing fell out and I couldn’t get it back in so I went back in there to try and see if they knew why. The piercer was able to get it in but used neosporin to slide it in. Fast forward to now I continue to have problems so I went to another piercer and she told me the piercer should have not used neosporin to put it back in and shouldn’t have recommended me to even use that if it ever fell back out. I told the new piercer what Magick Dragon told me to do and she said told me everything she said was wrong and that’s why I’m having so many complications. Horrible service and don’t know what they’re doing.

Can't call and talk to a human being. Also its says voice mail not set up. Then you go to their website and an artist Facebook page pops up. How do you even know if they're open. Lost my business and several others . We'll all go elsewhere..Sorry to the owner..

My artist, Shelley, took incredible care of me and exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is great so you can feel confident with your skin in their hands

Did a wonderful job piercing my ears to stop headaches. For me, this has drastically cut down on the number of headaches I have had. I would recommend to anyone. Nice establishment, very clean, and follow all health codes.

Took my wife to get her tongue pierced, the woman inside flat out refused to do it or even try. Stating that she couldn't do it because it had to be done slightly crooked. We ended up going somewhere else who did it with no problems, and it took only a couple minutes.
