Billy was incredible! Can’t wait to finish my half sleeve with him. He’s so talented and fun to talk to. Made me feel so welcomed. My tattoo looks incredible and I couldn’t have asked for better service from him! Dixie has also done some of my piercings and she’s very professional and quick. Love this place. Definitely have became a regular.

If you don’t walk in looking like you “belong” there then they treat you like dirt. This is a new problem because I’ve been there twice before, once for my first tattoo and again to get my tongue pierced and had no problems at all but that was a few years back and the service was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is definitely not like that anymore and the attitude was a guy who said he was either the owner or the manager... I forget which but shouldn’t the best service have come from him...? I won’t be back. I will just pay more, get better work done and a friendlier staff somewhere else.

I took my child to get her nose pierced. Clean rooms and equipment, staff well knowledged on cleaning and changing rings. Was seen within the hour we arrived without an appointment. Reasonable prices.

My husband and myself are regular customers at this shop. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional! Between the two of us, we've gotten close to 20 tattoos from the guys there. I've been in there by myself and never one time felt awkward or uncomfortable. We were there last nite and had the pleasure of meeting a new artist, Robert Rivera. This man has amazing talent! Very gifted tattoo artist with an incredible attention to detail! Stephen is another talented artist that's done multiple tattoos for us...extremely professional! We get compliments all the time on the beautiful work that you guys have done for us. I simply can't say enough great things about this shop! Thank you for being the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!

I went to this location to get my eyebrow pierced on Friday the 13th.. my daughter, her fiance and my fiancee all got piercings! I signed in and was told it would be a couple of hours soo I thought ugh I guess I'll wait. Waited for about an hour and decided to politely ask how much longer it would be.. I was asked what kind of piercing I wanted and I said just an eyebrow piercing.. I was told "oh we don't do eyebrow piercings". Very unprofessional! I do not recommend this shop nor will any of my family be going back here!
Update: I called asking about getting a double eyebrow piercing and was told no problem.. I went back in waited about 10 minutes and got my piercings! Darla was extremely professional and a super nice person that was a pleasure meeting! I am so glad I decided to go back!

I’ve gotten five piercings from Dixie and she’s great! Very quick and always gives me instructions to take care of my piercings. The staff is very friendly and helpful every time I’m there. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
