Mike is absolutely amazing! He did my second ear piercing and he made sure I was completely relaxed the whole time. I would keep coming back just to get more piercings from him if I lived here still!

This is by far the best tattoo experience I’ve had ever. I’ve been looking for an artist who really got the idea I wanted to do for my sleeve and I was lucky enough to meet Dani. She is AMAZINGLY talented and is such a joy to get a tattoo from. It’s like she read my mind and made me a custom tattoo that far exceeded my expectations. I can not recommend Self Made Tattoo and Dani Rose more.

Came to town over a weekend, out of state. Always wanted this specific tatt done in CO. I messaged them, not expecting much due to it being the weekend so I figured they were busy and they would just say no. Well that no I expected turned to a quick "yes of course". I shot the artist a message, she got me squeezed in even though she was booked out to nearly the end of the year. She took her time and my tatt turned out perfect. I love it, I can't help but smile every time I see it or tell people about it. Thank you Morgan!!

i JUST got pierced from mike, we had the smallest accident and it really was no ones fault but he handled it amazingly! i’ve been to a few other shops and sometimes it feels like when you’re a little bit quieter some people don’t take you very seriously or can be a little rude with snarky attitudes, NOT MIKE. HE IS AMAZING everything he was doing was VERY CLEARLY CLEAN and obviously he had gloves on the entire time. he has his own room for privacy, he talks you through absolutely EVERYTHING and let’s you know how you can contact him if there’s any troubles at all. i loved the shop, the people and my piercings! not to mention i started to feel a little light headed and he caught it before i even did! lol he knew exactly how to handle the situation which just made me 10x more comfortable. GO TO MIKE FOR YOUR PIERCING NEEDS! :)

My husband and daughter had both used Fred before and he is awesome!!!! Did a massive tribal on husband along with numerous other ones. His work is amazing, so was happy to find out about Self Made Tattoo. Called him up for a repair on an old tattoo I had gotten in Ft Lauderdale. Was coming to town that day from Florissant and was trying to get them right away. Fred was busy, but referred me to Josh. Got to the shop and it was clean, nice and a good atmosphere. I was nervous about getting the lip print I had touched up and afraid it wouldn't turn out. Was I silly for worrying! Josh was very nice and did an amazing job!!!!! They look awesome. I actually left with two more tattoos. An infinity side with kids names and a heart with grand babies. He totally listened to what I wanted and he had great suggestions, but I am kind of plain and went with my own style and he was very patient! Thanks so much for a great experience!!!!! I was not a "tattoo girl and now may have a different opinion:-0. I want sure my husband was going to like them cause he likes really different ones and he liked them all!!!! Would highly recommend this tattoo shop!
