Got referred by my friend to get my jestrum piercing here and was definitely not disappointed! It had been ten years since my last piercing and Chris went above and beyond to take care of me during and after my piercing. I would recommend going to see him a million times over!!! Mine has healed up quite nicely over these two weeks btw. Thanks Chris, I will be back!

Called multiple times in the morning asking about a pricing for my daughter. The only thing i was told was the piercer would be there at 7. When I showed up at 7 they had a list of walk ins so long that they could no longer take anymore walk in and that these peoples had been there since 5. Would've been nice if the person answering the phone would've communicated that when I called either time.

I’ve been trying to get my nose pierced for days! I called on Monday and asked what their wait time was and she told me 10-20 minutes. We drove down there (a 30 minute drive for me) and it ended up being 4 hour wait. Called today to see their wait and she said one hour (which is fine). We drove down again and she say they didn’t have the jewelry. I’ve been here for multiple piercings and never had these issues before.

Kaylani, I believe is how you spell her name. She's so professional is very sanitary, comforts and talks to you if you're a little nervous. I got two naval piercings done and they look amazing. I would 100% recommend her if you go!

I have had quite a few ear piercings over the years but man this was rough. I had Kaylani and she was great... except for the piercing. Me and my 2 friends came in to get our tragus pierced and every single one of us came out with crooked piercing. She said that we had small tragus' so she would have to go closer (to the head I assume). I've had one of my tragus ' pierced before so I thought she would just follow the old one but it's still crooked. Also my stud is too small and all of the balls came off within 2 days. Idk just a rough situation all around. I'm going back to freakys.
