The environment was awesome! I went in pretty late and never once did I feel unwelcome. I didn’t catch the receptionist name but she was AMAZING!!

My piercer Christopher was great too. He was quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend him.. He made me feel comfortable the whole process.

The person taking calls and getting paperwork was awesome didn’t have a problem with them I did however have a problem with the lady who did my piercing. She seemed very angry and bossily told my fiancé he couldn’t set our son in his car seat on the floor next to the chair for my fiancée. I went in there thinking my industrial would be the normal diagonal/horizontal bar nope I come out with it being diagonal/vertical. She didn’t let me look at the placing of the markings until after the piercing was finished. She pierced through a piercing hole I already had. To me she seemed very unprofessional mainly by her attitude. She was just taking her anger out on us. Will never get a piercing here again.

WORD OF MOUTH IS EVERYTHING. Chris and Alyssa are a great asset to this business. I came in for a nose repiercing and a side labra. They wiped the tears out my eyes when then ran over during the nose piercing. They even gently wiped the blood from my nose. They educated me in detail on tattoo aftercare. The price didn't break my budget. I would definitely come back and refer this business to my friends. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Great job management on finding these too. Certain general practices can't be taught. These too are a definite necessity for this business. Unreplaceable. Hope they are there for my next visit.

I went in about a month ago and hit a mid helix piercing and a month in the male piercer but a really short barbel in my ear to the point where the skin grew over and I went today and they had to rip the whole thing out of my ear because of the barbel being too short for my ear. If you go to this Parker make sure you go to Jaz not the male.

Kaylani did a great job when I first got my industrial piercing in February and I went back to get my ear checked out. She is so kind and definitely takes great care of you. She makes sure you are getting great care and takes her time with the type of piercing you get, as well as making you feel comfortable.

I went in and asked to get my daith (left ear) outer conch (right ear). My piercer Kaylani Garcia was exceptional. She was very patient and kind. She washed her hands before touching my ears and the equipment. We started with the outer conch and although at that second it can be painful it was quick. Kaylani exceeded my expectations when she explained to me that getting my daith pierced on the opposite ear might be a little too intense. I reevaluated my decision but as I was doing so she left the room so that I could talk to my partner about it in private so that I felt comfortable with going through with the piercing or not. Kaylani really takes her time with her clients and does not rush things through like other piercers. I decided that I would just get the piercings over with and when she came back she was very supportive of my decision. She even dimmed the lights and had my partner hold my hand so that I wouldn’t stress or freak out. Long story short Kaylani is amazing and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is patient, informative, and professional and makes you feel so comfortable and at peace. I will definitely always go to her from here on out for future piercings.

My daughter has gotten 2 piercings from there and she has not had issues with either one. Clean, professional and kinda friendly 😌. No one goes to a tattoo/piercing shop to make friends so not a huge loss. It is better that they tell you what to expect, explaining what is gonna happen to your body when they push a piercing needle thru, how to handle aftercare and ensuring you have a full understanding of the service they are providing while allowing you an opportunity to ask questions without getting frustrated that I asked to many. Again not there to make friends and based solely on the peircing service they did provide then they'd have a 5 star review since "friendly service" can be important to some including me. My daughter said that we weren't there to make friends and since her piercings both times had zero aftercare issues I'd say that they have a recently trained piercer.

This is by far the most frustrating and unprofessional place to get a piercing from. I called last night to see if I could get a piercing and no one answered the phone. I decided to go anyways and around 9 pm, I arrived. When I walked in, immediately, from across the room an employee shouts “we’re not taking any more piercings tonight” alright, weird because there was about 2 hours before they closed and barely anyone in the lobby. I told them that I called and no one answered to which he responded “oh we don’t have a receptionist, but we open at 11 am”

I left and planned on going again today, around 3 pm, I called to see if there was anyone available and my call went straight to voicemail 3 times before someone answered. When someone finally picked up the phone, I asked if any piercers available and the man on the phone said “the piercer is about to finish what they’re doing and go for lunch, they won’t be back until after 6 pm” Mind you, by 9 pm yesterday, they were not taking anyone else AND he said they don’t do appointments.

So I’m just supposed to walk in and hope to be seen because they don’t have a receptionist who can take names and numbers and apparently, they won’t do appointments. I’m not waiting hours on end for a simple tongue piercing, it’s literally not worth it, when the paperwork and piercing take 15 minutes tops. It’s beyond me why I couldn’t be seen last night, there were literally 5 people in the lobby and 3 employees.

I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of the lack of management there seems to be, there’s no organization, or regard for customers time or having a sensible scheduling procedure. The price of this place isn’t worth it, I’d give 0 stars if I could. Inkline and Pens & Needles are much better places to get work done.

My daughter, niece and I went to get piercings. And from the moment we entered the door we were greeted with the kindest receptionist (I don’t recall her name). Then as we were waiting we were talking with Rigo (a tattoo artist) this man treated us like family and on top of that offer us some posole (which was delicious). Thank you so so much for your kindness and hospitality.
