I only give 4 stars because it had to be pierced twice, but otherwise I had a lovely experience. My wait was a bit long, but the staff did their best to manage and accommodate to the needs of all of the people waiting and all of the ones flooding through the door.
I had my septum pierced. When Chris did the first one it came out a bit crooked. He was very kind and gentle while taking out the jewelry and the whole repiercing process. Even though there were still lots of people waiting he took his time, repeatedly made sure that I was okay, and was as delicate as possible with my tender nose.
At the end of the day I left with a pretty straight piercing and I'm very happy with it! Everyone's bodily anatomy is different, and I can't imagine it's easy with a waiting room full of people pressuring you to be quick about stabbing a needle through someone's body. On top of that trying to be delicate, perfectly aligned, and inflict as little pain as possible. If you leave with a crooked piercing it's because you didn't speak up about it. People aren't machines and you can't expect them to be absolutely spot on first try every single time.

ehh, not horrible, not 100000% happy. i waited over an hour to get seen. at 10 pm on a monday! crazy!

i got my first few piercings here back in 2010!! they were great then , they had more than one piercing people at once so it was always fast service . still have those piercings too!! . i moved out of town and decided to come get my lip re pierced last week! the guy did a good job, but it was a little awkward. i didn’t know his name, he didn’t make me feel welcomed. all he said was you ready? piercing looks beautiful and is healing good ! just a little disappointed, the night after i got it, the ball fell off when i was changing or eating , im not even sure! so i had to sleep with the bar alone all night and i was super nervous it was gonna close because the lips close soooo quick . stopped by on my way out of town, and a girl helped me. i wasn’t even told her name or anything. she was really nice and replaced a ball for me! she said something about this has been happening to some people and she was trying to get better jewelry . that same day though, when i got back to my town i live in now the ball randomly fell out again! luckily i have some studs from my previous lip piercing so i quickly put one in! but i know it’s bad to switch out bars so early on during the healing so hopefully healing continues to go ok. our local piercer costs almost double the price for the same piercing so i was so happy to get this done in the springs .

I absolutely love this place. I have gotten two tattoos here, both done by Madeline. The staff are so nice and kind, they really make an effort to make you feel welcome. Madeline does such a good job at making you comfortable and making your experience the best it can be. They are all amazing! Thank you guys!!

Can’t really give a review. They weren’t open during there posted hours. I can’t really blame them. Maybe they had something going on. But I was trying to surprise my girl with a piercing but it was the only time it would’ve worked. Maybe there hours should be until 10 if they close at 10. Do by appointment until 11 something like that.

I called prior to coming into the shop, was told it was quite a long wait due to only having one piercer in for the day! We went anyways prepared to wait. We did end up having about a 45 minute wait but the front desk lady was AMAZING! there were about 10 people ahead of me but as soon as the piercer got back from his lunch she put me to the front of the line. It was awesome. She was so so so friendly and kind and really made it an enjoyable experience. I was prepared to wait as long as needed but I really am grateful that she was patient and friendly while I was waiting. She made the experience awesome. Give that girl a raise! She's great!

The piercing itself went smooth and the piercer Chris was super chill and made it a fun experience. I've gotten a few piercings from here before but I would return again!

Horrible experience. I’ve had my septum and lip pierced by other people at other businesses and had NO problems but the guy who did my ears here was blasting music so loud I could barely hear him. Didn’t even go over how to care for piercings just handed me a piece of paper and shooed me out. And whatever material he used to pierce my ears was obviously cheap cause it’s been more than two months now and they’ve both been crusty the whole time and leaking yellow liquid or bleeding on and off. Left one I had to take out and let close cause he also pierced it low on my lobe at a weird angle and it wouldn’t heal for the month and half I had it while I was caring for it. The right ear I still have but I’m questioning taking out too cause it won’t stop no matter the good or bad jewelry I replace it with. DONT go here or in the very least not to this piercer!!!

I got my tongue pierced and the guy was eating candy right before he did it and didn’t wash his hands, didn’t mark the peircing and didn’t ask for my input for the placing, except for “you ready” or something along those lines. Good place but some people I think need a brush up on training or something. Definitely think they need more training or new piercers. The bar was too long and dug into my gums which felt like it caused indents. My husband said it was irritated around the gums but again I couldn’t see the top of my mouth. I don’t know
