PJ did a fantastic job reassuring sweet little 12yr Phoebe for her first ear piercings. He was so nice, answering every last question she had😅. Making us laugh, we felt very welcomed and comfortable - So much so - I had him pierce me the same day! Quick, clean, confident, and cute jewelry!!! I highly recommend Heart of Gold, I’ll be back😁

PJ is the best! Not only is the shop super clean but PJ stands behind his work. He made getting a piercing fun like it should be. I won't go anywhere else for future piercings! The jewelry is really high quality too. I'm usually allergic to everything but I've had no issues at all for once!

Super cool shop in an old house in old Colorado. Very clean and kept up. The guys there were super nice and welcoming to walk ins-although I did get lucky and would recommend scheduling so you are secured a spot. Jimmy did my tat he was very nice and I LOVE my new ink. All around a really nice place would love to get more work with him!

I am from Cleveland, OH & came across Max’s work from the heart of gold Instagram. On an off chance he would have a space in his schedule, we stopped in to see if Max could do a matching piece for my best friend and I. He fit us in and his work is amazing! Max was personable, fun to talk to and a true professional all the way. The work he did was incredible and it healed quick! Will be returning next time I’m in Colorado Springs. Thanks max!

I finally decided after over a decade of wanting a dermal to send it after researching peircers chose Pj. I was so nervous but his confidence made me feel at ease. He did the piercing and to my surprise it wasn't that bad AND the healing has been amazing. So satisfied and definitely won't be my last piercing by him! 100/10 would recommend!

Took my 12 year old daughter to Heart of Gold to get her ears pierced. PJ did the piercing and was great. He took his time, explained the process, asked her for questions and was quick and efficient. Excellent shop, love the location! I've only worked with Jimmy but all the guys are super friendly, I'd highly recommend checking them out. Speaking of my work with Jimmy, everything he's done is beautiful, he's also easy to work with and there's never a sense of judgment or "elitism" regardless of what you're having done. Quite frankly I'm probably not the easiest person to tattoo. I have a hard time sitting still and by the end of a session I'm a fidgety grumpy individual. It doesn't help that I'm pretty heavily tattooed and always thinking of something else to have done. However, the upside is Jimmy works with all my quirks/limitations so things go as smoothly as can be expected.
As a side note, check out that front landscaping, give Max some kudos! Lol Really does speak to the pride in ownership from the moment you pull up to the shop.
