So, first off, AMAZING selection. A huge assortment of glass, mostly water pipes. And all very reasonably priced. Some are pricey due to artists, but others are a great deal. Staff is very friendly, and willing to help. We lost the banger on the way home, (which we found and returned). But in the meantime, we told them we couldn't find it and they gave us a new one to replace it. Can't say enough good things about this place, have known about it for years. And haven't visited in years either. But very, very glad I did!

Cassidy was a blessing and the most helpful counter girl in the world. Kept me and my partner company while we waited for their pricing and even helped me find a wonderful new ashtray. Next time I come back she's the first one I'm looking for.

Cool head shop downtown. Never gotten pierced or tattooed here but the shopping selection is nice. Pipes, jewelry, clothing, stickers, smoking swag, etc. A fun little place to kill some time

No Frills, and that is a good thing. Piercing experience was great. No appointments needed, like other places. Price includes jewelry. Piercing staff displays credentials- able to come back fore them to fit you for new jewelry at a discount. Do your business...and go. Parking is a disaster in this location.

Fantastic. Went in curious about piercings, they immediately offered to get it done then and there since they had open time. I still feel bad and feel like I kind of cut into the piercers break and I'm really sorry, but you did a great job!
Oh, the other stuff?
Yep, they have that. All for tobacco use only of course which is clearly labeled on the shelves. Yep. Tobacco.
No that's not sarcasm, they have great tobacco products. During the great Wrap Shortage of 2020 they still have an entire warehouse it seems. And oh boy do they have a selection. Of course these are largely wraps and blunts designed for aftermarket modifications, so don't expect a shop full of cigars in humidors.
Glass! They have some of the best glass products in the county. From the lower range products that are not only cheap but hold up with time to the more expensive pieces to show off...well...I don't know what a pickle pipe shows off but it's something. And then there's the pieces created almost entirely to show off. Those are in the case and behind the counter.
And anything else you may need after a visit to that place with the green cross on the front.

Love this location! I've gotten piercings here that were very well done and affordable. I love the older building and layout of the store with the piercings on the upper level. The staff is usually always willing to help but also a little snobby at times, that kinda comes with the whole smoke shop thing it seems like. Would recommend this location especially for body piercings.

Very helpful... Took someone for a nose piercing... No complaints...Downside we didnt find a handicap sign or ramp. Other than that I enjoyed the service. Really chilled... Please add handicap friendliness. Thank you

I absolutely love the staff at Freaky's. They are so friendly and kind; it's very refreshing. The piercer, Jeanette, is especially amazing. She really knows what she's doing and puts client comfort first. She has answered every single one of my questions about piercing care and maintenance. She also always has a good attitude. I've been to many places in the Springs looking for a piercer that cares more about clients than profit and when Freaky's brought on Jeanette, I found just that. She's the only piercer in Colorado Springs, I'll confidently trust, recommend, and get pierced by! Thanks for everything you do, Jeanette!

The selection of glass pieces is spectacular! Sadly, the same cannot be said of the prices. If you are willing to put in some time, you can hunt down some pretty good deals, but the sheer numbers offered make the task seem fairly daunting. The staff is helpful, but tends to hover overly much, in my opinion, resulting in an awkward experience at times. Freaky's, being one of the Springs' signature locations, will always remain and be one of my favorite haunts.
