The staff are all very nice. I went for piercings yesterday and the piecer was super sweet and did a great job explaining everything. That parking area is a pain though.

I purchased a Puffco Pro, $400. It did not work. I tried to return it 2 days later with a receipt and they would not exchange or refund my money. I was instructed to handle it directly with Puffco.

Friendly staff, they have a pretty good selection of glass, that's not thousands of dollars n that's cool, lots of smell good stuffs as well as hebal drinks n such... good prices cool staff.... worth the trip.

My artist Lee is at Freaky's and he's amazing, the piercer is great from what I hear, they got a new one and I haven't met them yet. And the staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable about all the many products. I highly recommend it for all your tattoo, piercing, tobacco and other needs!

My partner and I went to get two piercings done here last week. The piercer was very calm and knowledgeable about what he was doing and performed near painless piercings. My partner had a more difficult time and almost passed out on several occasions. Our piercer again was very calm and knew exactly what to do as she was spacing out. Very impressed, we will be back again!

My friend and I came in for some piercings from Jeanette, and she was awesome! I was completely comfortable the entire process, and she was professional yet fun! My friend decided to pierce his lobes with a 10G needle after having a full consultation with Jeanette about what he wanted to do with his piercings. She was very clean, and the rest of the staff was awesome! I got my surface tragus pierced and it was fast and perfect. I was really happy she mapped it out first with a marker. Many of my previous piercers didn’t do that, but not to worry, I’m with Jeanette from now on! Thanks for a great experience!
