I absolutely love Freaky's! As soon as you walk in the door you are happily greeted. They are so helpful with whatever you are looking for. I got a gorgeous tattoo done by the awesome Reese! She did such an amazing job on such a big piece of art and it's gorgeous! I'm actually going to be going back in about two weeks to get another piece of work done by her hopefully!

Kris is the best piecer I’ve known! She’s pierced my industrial three times (I have a habit of having emergency surgery and forgetting to put it back in afterwards) it’s never as painful as it was when I’ve gone to other piecers and she’s much more knowledgeable and friendly. Planning on going back to her for a nose or eyebrow piercing or maybe even both.

This location is always spot on. The man who runs the place is so helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for glass!

The piercer doesn’t know what he’s doing. Told him I could change my tongue ring after 2 weeks and he argued and said I had to wait a month. Got it switched and everything has been fine and it’s been over 2 months now since I’ve had it. Maybe find a new piercing person?

Have to edit my review to a 3 star after being ignored for 15 minutes and watching two other customer do the same thing I did and leave after standing patiently and not being helped. If you had only one person on staff, that is unfortunate considering its the week of 4/20. I spent my money down the road and got great service so it worked out for me I suppose.

Kris did an awesome job piercing myself and my brother, and was super nice even though we came in right at the very last minute of her day. Would definitely go back! She knows her stuff for sure.

This place is the best in town for both piercings and tattoos and the head shop is great too!! They make me feel like family!! I actually go there just to hang out sometimes and they have the best kratom in town. Jackie, Mitch, Mo, Micaela, and Dado are awesome at their job!!! GO HERE!!!!

They have everything I need everytime and the staff are very laidback cool people.

It's OK but very expensive, there are other shops around the Colorado Springs area that are cheaper. There is only one girl with very very short hair that will go out of her way to assist with anything she will make you want to come back. She will give you a discount or little surprises with your order. So yea they need to have discount items some thing to make you keep coming..

Last night, my husband and I decided we wanted to get our noses pierced. We called around to several shops to see if a piercer was available for walk-ins and Freakys told us yes, until 6:30 pm. We showed up around 5:50, filled out our paperwork and stood behind about 10 other people for piercings. We happened to be standing next to the tattoo area and saw both artists sitting around with no customers. My husband and I had always joked about getting a small tattoo to represent our daughter on our fingers and were feeling spontaneous, so we decided to get our 5 min tattoos done on our fingers while we waited in line for our piercings. After we had already paid for our tattoos and pulled out enough to pay the piercer, she told us she wasn’t willing to take anymore customers after the two girls in front of us. We were SUPER frustrated because we had already committed to the small tattoos on our hands AND stood in line for at least 45 mins to get our piercings before even starting our tattoos. We overheard her saying she was the only piercer and the service manager. My husband even offered to tip her extra to do our piercings that we had been waiting in line for and she refused. We felt completely unappreciated as customers since she decided the two girls in front of us were her last customers, even though we got in line right behind them, we were the last ones in line, AND the only reason we even got our tattoos was BECAUSE we were waiting for her. She told us to come back the next day during her normal hours. We chose to continue with the tattoos, because both artists were super helpful and attentive to us, but we chose to go somewhere else after to get our piercings. Jay and Reese did an awesome job drawing up and tattooing a random piece last minute, so we would love to give them 5 stars. But because the ONLY reason we went in was for our piercings, and the attitude and treatment we got from the piercer (as a professional and a manager) we won’t be returning. We will take our business where it is appreciated and respected. We understand you wanted to leave at your scheduled time, but we’ve also both worked in the service industry and we know that sometimes customers come first. We took your $80 piercings and tips elsewhere and will continue to do so. Maybe next time, you should stop taking walk-ins 30-45 mins before your scheduled time off if you’re not willing to take the last two people in your line....
