Terrible customer service rude manager. Selling vape pens that don't charge & knowing there's a manufacturer defect and then refusing returns with receipts. Awful experience don't buy their product they don't follow their return policy. Will never shop their again!!!!

ATTENTION IF YOU WANT A LIP TATTOO. i have nothing against the tattoo artist, he has done great work on my friends before. for my first tattoo i decided to get a lip tat with my friend! however, it disappeared in less than 24 hours. i still have some ink on my lip but it is illegible. freakys doesn’t offer refunds for tattoos, which in my case i felt deserving. i’m not a karen. just a broke teen who spent $60 on pretty much a temporary tattoo. just beware that your lip tattoo may not last more than a day, if you get it done a freakys.

I've gone here for all of my piercings. Nose, belly button, tongue and more. They're a very clean kept shop and friendly staff. I recommend their piercer for any piercing. She is informative and walks you through every step and comforts any fear. I will continue going to her for any piercings in the future!!

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!!!! I’ve bought many things from this store. They don’t last. Pipes aren’t double blown if they are they are poorly made and break easily. I’ve bought two torches and they broke the first day and they have NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS not even STORE CREDIT!!!! They do nothing to help you when their stuff breaks and just tell you that you should have bought a more expensive one. So go ahead throw away your money here but I promise you won’t be happy with your product. Good Luck!
