Wouldn't recommend buying any of the disposable vapes they have. Bought one on a work break after tried it out immediately once I got back to my work and it didn't work tool it back after to the same person I was off to not be able to return it or get a replacement. The assistant did not care at all, honestly it turned me off from the rest of the store which did seem really cool.

Kris is a beautiful human being. I go to her for every piercing for the past 12 years.. She is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent., but her personality makes her even better. I am going to be her client until I have no more room on my body or I am broke. She knows her profession and how to be the best at it. You won't be disappointed.

Do not go here!!!! They are selling cartridge vape pens with a known manufacturer issue where they do not charge. They are refusing to return them even with a receipt same day!! AND the employees are suggesting them to customers to get rid of them!!
They pretty much told my boyfriend to kick rocks when he went to return them for me.

Called Sunday to inquire about a piercing. The person who answered didn't even introduce the shop like just said hello and left an awkward pause. I had to ask if it was indeed freakys that I called. After we got through that I was advised that the piercer at both locations were off but Tues would return. Call today and both piercer are out for the week. Should have known better than to try and use an outdated headshop for a professional piercing.

I had an appt at Noon with the artist Jay. They called me the morning of my appt and asked if they could move my time back because he would not be in. I told them it depended on the time because I have kids and need to get them from school. I scheduled a 4 p.m. appt based off of if I could make there. I called to tell them I could not make it at that time and to cancel. But, then I called back to see if I could just take a later time because I would be able too after five. They rescheduled me at 5:15 p.m. but after about thirty mins the artist contacted me and told me because I forfeited our rescheduled appt twice that he would not be able to accommodate me and he wished me the best! Even though the guy on the phone told me that the artist had openings up until 6 p.m.
My point is they canceled me first and I was completely honest with them about having to pick my kids up. I am being penalized but they canceled me first and knew that time was possibly not going to be good for me. I’ve been going there for a year now because I enjoyed Jays work but after they way they treated me today, I will never go back! They will not get anymore of my money. The customer service was horrible and the artist text to me was rude and inconsiderate. The manager didn’t accommodate me in any way. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else.

%1000 BEST SMOKE SHOP IN CO SPRINGS. I absolutely love this store. I've been coming to this location for probably like 6 years. I adore everyone who works there & they know my husband & I since we're such regulars. Every time I come in, it'll be for one thing & I'll end up spending an hour there just looking around and chatting💜 Definitely recommend it.

I've had work done by all three employees at this Freaky's. I can say that they are ALL superb at what they do and are extremely professional. They know what they're doing for sure and are always friendly. I've had a tongue piercing and two tattoos done at this location and all went flawlessly. Every employee had a friendly demeanor and was knowledgeable. What matters most? They don't do work that they don't know how to do. They will tell you on the spot if they don't think they'd be a fit for your request.
All very welcoming people and are great at what they do.
As for the shop, it's pretty nice. Just a regular smoke shop with some apparel and jewelry.
This place has always been good to me.
