Bought 3 lighters here on 12/21 for Christmas gifts. They were $40 each. They didn’t work! Tried to exchange for something that did work today, less than a week after buying them, and they said there was no refunds or exchanges. So, I’m out $130. I used to love this shop, but I WON’T be back! I’ll be shopping somewhere that cares about quality and customer service!

I went in with a friend to have Gaelan do a tattoo on Saturday for her. His wonderful demeanor and personality made me finally push and get my first tattoo. I went in the following monday! He was very nice and welcoming. He had a great sense of humor and made my first experience amazing. His work is just as incredible. I would definitely recommend him. His lines are sharp and clean. I am so happy with my first tattoo! His station was clean and sanitary too!

Sad to leave this review. Used to love this place, seems like the staff has made it go downhill. Got a helix ring from them, asked for the medium size so it would hang from the ear. The guy (septum ring and hair in two buns on his head) handed me the smallest size in the box and said this will work. Went in my car to try putting it in, IT DIDNT EVEN FIT AROUND MY EAR!!!! Tried to go back in to swap it out for a bigger one and he refused, rudely I might add. Ended up giving up arguing and buying the bigger one. Only discounted ONE DOLLAR?! Disappointed.

Better prices on the EXACT SAME THINGS, sold everywhere else in the city. This place beats everyone, and by far. They always have what I need, i.e. quick fix, puffco 3D chamber sold at the proper price (not market up $50 like everywhere else) the papers I want/need.
