*Coming from another artist who's been in the industry for 15 years* Underground Ink's rating should definitely be higher than what it is. These 1 star ratings are definitely inaccurate. Adam is most definitely professional and takes his work very seriously. I'm confused honestly to why very few felt they were rubbed the wrong way. And 2 of the 1 star reviews weren't even tattoo related and on a personal level. But Adam definitely doesn't deserve backlash if he's too busy to not address everyone all at once at their own convenience. I definitely give him 5 stars as an artist and as my friend

I am entirely appalled at the owners treatment of customers. He has displayed unprofessionalism to the degree I have never heard of from any professional tattoo artist. Unsanitary conditions including having a dog in the shop is entirely unacceptable within the tattooing and body modification industry. If you're not looking for an artist that is unprofessional, looking to do a quick job, and ready to take the money and run regardless of quality, and unreliable, do not go here. The latest work I have seen was shoddy at best, even worse when compared to some of the novice artists I know. It's almost as if he has lost his passion, or just doesn't care anymore. Unbelievable how he can still get customers when he treats his previous customers as he has. Such unprofessionalism should not be seen when he permanently instills sub adequate art upon their skin. I cannot and will not recommend this establishment. If you are looking for tattoos look elsewhere, or at very least do not have Adam Mumper tattoo you.

Adam is one of the dopest tattoo artists. Whenever I'm there it's calm and quite. I've now had over 20 hours of tattoo time in his studio and there wasn't a time that I didn't feel comfortable. Can't wait to go back!!

One of my best friends only goes through Adam here. The quality and detail of his work is outstanding to say the least. Once I saw some of the work he does online, I had to schedule a tattoo appointment with him. He's so booked that it takes months just to get in. That's how you know this guy is good.

If your looking for something original this is the place. You won't find your typical Pinterest tattoo board tattoos here (but if you're boring like that they can still do it up). Adam is a creative genius and puts his all into every tattoo. He's got a pretty great team working for him too. So if you want something that will get people to ask you where you got that sweet ink from go here!

Adam mumper is very professional. I love having the cute shop dog greet me as I come in..it adds character and welcomes you. The shop is always clean and very well taken care of. I always recommend Adam to everyone I would never go anywhere else. If something does come up he always makes it right.Hes great to have conversation with..above all u can trust his work..hes amazing

Adam is a very talented and creative artist. I told him what I would like in my tattoo and he absolutely nailed the story I wanted to tell. He pays attention to detail and it shows. He's a blast to work with and he takes pride in his work. I will be going back to him for my other tattoos.
