Not very friendly or accommodating I have to say. I stood and waited for like 20 min for someone to even talk to me and I made myself known. And then got sent out the door with cards to contact an artist on Instagram to set an appointment..this doesn't reflect their artistry as I'm sure they do good work, just didnt feel like they cared to help me at all. I hate to give bad reviews but it was really offputting

Came in for my first tattoo from the artist named Cullen. Quick, easy, and the tattoo turn out awesome. Professional yet laid-back environment. Very informative considering it was my first tattoo. Great service!

I have never been so insulted by a business in my life.
A one to two hour touch up session priced at $40 per hour was dragged out from noon until a little after 5:00 p.m. and I was charged for 3.5 hours and it came to $165.00 for my $40 to $80 work (which is interesting because $40 X 3.5 = $140 and I doubt that the tax and 2% debit card fee came to $25.......)
I was implicitly told via email that it should take around an hour and "even if it takes longer I probably won't charge you for it anyways." My mind is just blown that any business person could even allow this to happen.
The apprentice, Tim, who did my work did a good job, a few lines are too deep and shaky, but overall it is a hell of a lot better than the ink I came in with. The thing is that he took an hour to get ready, took multiple 15-20 minute breaks, (I even had enough time to take my dog for a walk out back and play fetch for a while), consulted a customer on a cover up WHILE I WAS LEFT WAITING FOR HIM TO FINISH MY TATTOO, made a big deal out of grabbing a bed instead of continuing using a chair when we were 3/4s of the way through, and stopped tattooing every time he wanted to tell a story.
I am actually just speechless at how disrespectful a person could be.
Tim, this isn't the way to get forever customers and you can say "goodbye" to all those plans we had for future ink and for me handing out recommendations. I hope tripling the price on this one piece was worth losing all of mine and my friends money and tips in the future.
I definitely would NOT recommend this tattoo shop and will not be returning.

I walked in with no appointment and they were barely able to squeeze me in but they did and Cullen did great work on my dad's memorial tattoo. Great people there too, every one was laid back and they made sure I had and knew everything I needed to properly care for my ink. Great place I'll be going back there next time for sure
