My sister and I got matching tattoos in remembrance of our mom. Ed Hoover was absolutely wonderful. It was a spur of the moment thing and he was able to get us in and was so nice, accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. He made sure it was what we wanted and made sure the placement was perfect. I can’t say enough nice things about him. We love the work he did and would definitely recommend him without any hesitation.

My wife and I came in last evening and Ed was absolutely phenomenal. He did two tattoos for us plus a touch up on me. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If you are wanting a tattoo from an honest, professional, fun artist, I HIGHLY recommend him. My wife and I are already planning on our next tattoos with him. Appointment was at 11:30 with Rob. I was early, he kept me waiting until 12:15. Meanwhile there’s a kid running around barefoot, not a single person is masked, and no one asked for my ID or gave me any paperwork to fill out. I’m not sure this is a legitimate business. Rob did not talk to me the entire time he was tattooing me, which was kind of traumatizing to have someone permanently modifying your skin and there’s no conversation, and he ended up completely botching my ink by shading in the wrong area. Rob still charged me the full hourly price even though he kept me waiting for the majority of the appointment, I was only in his chair for about 20 minutes, and let me reiterate he went against my design that I wanted. Now I’m searching for an artist NOT at this location who can fix his “art”. I’ve seen good reviews for this place but for other artists. Just don’t see Rob. He’s unprofessional.

Decent work, to bad they wont guarantee it unless you buy their extra "tatoo kit" that comes with a fun size hershey bar some bacitracin, soap and tattoo goo. Oh yea and it comes in what the lady told us was a sterilized Chinese to go box and the tattoo goo came in a soy sauce container. Nice /s

I took my daughter here for a consultation and then to get the tattoo. Jason Snow and his staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Jason took the time to explain the all the safety and sanitation that goes into getting a quality professional tattoo. The tattoo he did was beyond impressive. My daughter and I could not be happier. I live in West Plains, Missouri and this os the ONLY place I get my art done. Cullen Balch is my hero! Great work, very accommodating and we have some quality conversations while he applies his talent and artistry.
