Phillip was nice in coordinating the appointment, and to be clear we left before getting tattoos. Now that that’s been said - we were not offered paperwork when we arrived, we were not treated kindly, we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience and in the way. Renovations aren’t an excuse for lacking in common courtesy.
