Outstanding Customer Service by the Ladies at the front desk. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the owner Jessica. She was amazing of explaining and performing my nostril piercing . It’s been 8 hours now and no pain, and swelling. Thank everyone at River City of your awesome performance to a 55 year old.

My piercer was Morgan and he was amazing!! This was my first non-earlobe piercing and I had a lot of questions and very little experience - but Morgan took the time to talk to me, educate me on options and jewelry differences, and helped me decide on a piercing that worked best with my anatomy. He was kind, funny, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Morgan!!!

I took a friend here for a tattoo years ago and she had a great experience; today I took my 14-year-old to get their ears pierced and it was just as awesome. When I called to make the appointment, the process was explained well, and we were greeted warmly when we came in. Sean did an awesome job, being careful to mark where the holes would go and explaining that it may not be in the center of the earlobe because the goal was symmetry when looking at the face. He was super patient as my slightly OCD kid checked the mirror to make sure the only dots looked good, and we could tell that his goal was to make this a great experience.

Looking around the shop, it was clear that infection control is a priority; the room we were in for the piercing had a lot of the protections you find in a doctor's office. Sean even asked if we were ok with my teen taking their mask off so he could make sure the ear loops weren't displacing the earlobes.

I'm glad we had the appointment, because they were BUSY first thing on a Saturday (11am). But it's absolutely deserved.

I took both of my girls to have their ears pierced and both experiences were great. Shout out to Jessica and Bo!!! Bo pierced my nose today and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. Thank you both for beautiful piercings in a safe environment!

We got my 8 year old’s ears pierced here and had a great experience. They used the numbing cream and pierced both ears at the same time. She didn’t even flinch. They also helped us when she had a spot on her ear (it turned out to be nothing to worry about). Highly recommend.

I had my nostril pierced back in July by Bo at River City Tattoo and I absolutely love it! Bo was great about walking me through the process and even reminded me to breathe lol also, he was thorough when it came to explaining the after care. Very clean and welcoming and everyone was very friendly. I will recommend anytime I have the chance!

I always go to River City for all my piercing needs! Laura is an AMAZING piercer! She is so patient and kind and always makes me feel comfortable/welcome. She takes her time to help me pick out jewelry and she’s great at styling if you need help. Anyone and everyone should go see Laura!

Absolutely phenomenal experience getting my daughters ears pierced! Bo and Maisie were so kind and gentle and made her feel so at ease. She was all smiles from start to finish! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Made an appointment for my 7 year old daughter to get her ear pierced and I cannot say enough good things about River City. Boe, Lane and the owner Jessica did everything possible to make my nervous daughter feel comfortable. They went above and beyond with their kindness and understanding and it was not unnoticed. The piercing room and shop as a whole were very warm, inviting and clean. Totally recommend bringing your kids there to get eat piercings.
