I stopped in Jack Brown's to see what they could do with an old Tattoo. Kenny was super cool, and was able to fix it right then and there. Everyone was great and the shop was bright and clean with tons of pics to look at.

Peri was great! I got my daith pierced and she made the experience enjoyable. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I could trust her. Everyone was very nice and the place was kept clean. I traveled from Culpeper to Fredricksburg and it was well worth the drive!

Sad you're forced to give someone even one star. Drove twice, two hour drive each way and again on day of first apointment to total 12 hours of driving round trip to meet with "Chance". The first two drives were to go over ideas for a tattoo. It was made known for me to not be 15 minutes late for my apointment or I'd be forking over my deposit. However, on the day of my apointment, Chance was over 35 minutes late. Thus, taking my apointment down to almost a two hour session because he will only book 3 hours at a time. The sketch that he had drawn up, was horrible. I wanted a black out sleeve with polynesian design on the top and bottom to tie the sleeve up. What he drew up looked like some sort of arm bracer from "He-man". It was horrible. It was nothing at all what we had talked about over my first two visits that cost me 8 hours of driving as well as money in gas. We ended up agreeing that he would just black out part of my arm. So, for not even 80 minutes, he blacked out part of my arm. The girl that is the greeter, told me when he was running late that he would add in an extra hour for the apointment. He did not. Those two, are not on the same page. Chance tried to charge me for two hours of inking at $150/hour. Yet, he only actually inked for 80 minutes. During the session, he mentioned to me "I hate when artists charge for time not inking", then charged me for just that. When I asked him why he charged me for two hours, he said "You wasted my time, we had to go back over the design and you should pay for that". Chance threw a $10 bill at me, cursing at me then took the $10 back and threw a $50 bill at me as refund from my deposit for the next apointment. He never took the time off what he charged. He threatened me several times while getting in my face and cursing at me. He is the most unprofessional tattoo artist I have ever met. Look at the clock when your ink session begins, breaks and ends. He's a pretty good con artist. I will be seeking my refund for time also through other legal avenues.

Best place in town to go. The artists here blow away all others. Other shops in town look like drunken third graders work there, but not at Jack Brown's. Kevin Murphy did mine, and I love it!

Very clean shop. The staff was very friendly and the price was right. I got inked up by Kelley and loved the job he did, clean lines and nice shading. I would recommend this shop over the couple others that I visited in the area. I'll be frequenting this establishment regularly!!
