Talked to Clint over the phone, came in for consultation, met him and his wife(they're the owners) and came back later that evening to get a simple but lovely tattoo that I've been wanting and it was exactly what I asked for!! Clint was so nice and genuine. He made me feel confident and comfortable. The shop was extremely clean and he was extremely clean and cautious with his set up. He used disposable needles which made me feel even better and he was very good at educating me about tattoos and the process. It was just such a pleasant experience and I absolutely LOVE my tattoo! He will now be the only person to ever tattoo me again! So if you're looking for a nice, comfortable, CLEAN environment for your next tattoo go see Clint!

Best tattoo experience and least painful tattoo I've ever gotten, 100% enjoyed the experience and will definitely be going back to finish coloring my tattoo and to get more! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, if you're looking for a new shop, this is the place.

Came in today as a walk in. The first thing my husband and I noticed was how incredibly clean the shop was, including the bathroom. They have awesome art work everywhere. Everyone we spoke with was super nice and eager to help us!
I wanted just a simple date below my collarbone, straight to the point. They had a guest artist in from Houston, Jesse! Very personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and respectful! My tattoo, though simple, looks amazing and I absolutely love it! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be returning for future ink!!!!

I can't say enough great things about this studio! Clynt is a true artist in every sense of the word. His vision for what tattoos mean to people is absolutely unique and he creates a very relaxing environment. Alterity is unlike any other shop. There's a sense of family and friendship. From the start of the process from designing the tattoo to exactly your particular satisfaction through getting my tattoo was incredible. The shop is a family atmosphere that in turn treat you as family. By far, this was the best location for your tattoo needs, they do not disappoint! I've gotten tattoos from multiple locations in my career in the military and have never experienced such service that can only be described as "nothing less than superb". From start to finish, you're treated with the upmost professionalism from the staff. They don't want to just take your money, they want you to completely satisfied! Mission accomplished and job very well done, I'll never go anywhere else again and am looking forward to my next visit. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Do yourself the favor and at least check them out before committing to any other tattoo shop, you'll be thankful that you did. On a side note, thank all you guys for best experience and work I've ever received!!!

This shop is one of the cleanest, highest standard shops that I've been to. Definitely my go-to shop, and Jordin is my go-to artist. More places should be as welcoming and should take their professional and friendly approach. This would be a great place to go for your first tattoo especially.

Hello! I was recently at this shop and had the best experience. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable about tattoos and being a safe and clean space to do them. I had come in with a very rough "flower" tattoo and left with a blue, bold, and beautiful flower. I love showing it off and telling everyone about ACU. Thank you so much Clynt!

Wow, so many amazing things to say about this place. Jordin, my artist, was incredible. She was very open about expectations and realities of what I wanted, and quoted me accurately on price.

The tattoo appointment was also a home run. She was very clean, made sure I saw she was using new materials and packages. The “booths” or little rooms they have is open enough you don’t feel shut off, but separated enough you’re not in jeopardy of cross contamination.

Ego was non existent. No high-and-mighty attitudes here. You’ll feel welcome and among friends.
