Nicolas did my latest tattoo, and he did a great job. Clynt, the shop owner, is a stand up guy who believes in teaching others well, customer service, and honesty.

The shop is extremely clean and professional. Mason is the first to greet you and does a great job. Clynt did my tattoo and is very professional and welcoming. I sent him ideas, but let him put his artistic interpretation on the art. He drew everything on with a sharpie instead of a stencil. I was blown away by the work. It isn't just a tattoo, it is truly a piece of art. I would recommend anyone looking to get tattooed to go talk to Clynt. I will definitely be back.

Clint is the best and my only. I send and will continue to send him my people. He is very all-about-you when your there and he has a very creative technique, very good with shading and just very cool dude.

I waited years before I had the right idea and enough money to do my sleeve. Along with a very intricate design, the project included 4 covers of some very old tattoos. It was enough of a challenge that another employee directed me to Clynt. This is impressive as it shows they are ethical people and want to make sure you get the right artist for your project.

We did a design day and Clynt drew everything in with markers. Then he used a fine liner and tatted on some reference lines. Once that healed we went to work. It took multiple appointments and a lot of money but it was worth it. My concept filtered through Clynt's artistry and expertise with the tattoo machine resulted in a beautiful and meaningful piece of art that was everything I imagined and more. People are amazed by it everywhere I go.

They pay serious attention to cleaning and sanitation here and do their absolute best to give you quality work in a safe environment. 100% recommend.

Wow! Devon and Nicholas were absolutely amazing! My mom, sister and I came in to get simple tattoos to honor our Mimi. They were so kind and caring and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their attention to detail was so appreciated. Nicholas did mine and my mom's, we are both wimps but he was so gentle and patient. Thank you both for your kindness and sharing your talent with us!

I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but I always felt nervous about whatever pain I might experience while getting one. I finally decided to suck it up and just do it and scheduled an appointment with Alterity since they were the closest tattoo parlor I knew of. Clint was my artist, and he was just overall really friendly and interactive. All of the staff were, honestly. It was just a great, chill atmosphere and they helped put my nerves at ease.
Clint thought my crochet bag was cool, and asked for pictures so a replica could be made which was AWESOME... And when I said this would be my first tattoo I was told that piercings were actually worse? I already have a cartilage piercing so I know how that pain goes, but I never imagined a tattoo would be less painful than a piercing, so that was reassuring! If I can get through a piercing I can definitely get through a tattoo.
Getting it was relatively quick since it was so small, and I really enjoyed the process a lot. They also sent a follow-up email to check up on how it was healing, and I that's really nice of them. I appreciate the time and dedication they have to do things the right way. I will definitely go back here for my next tattoos-they are well worth every penny!

Great shop! Nic and Devon have both done work on me. Very professional, chill laid back guys, highly recommend either artist. Already have a 3rd appointment set up with Nic to get another piece of the sleeve done. I also couldn't say enough about how clean the shop was virtually spotless.

Honestly the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten a dozen tattoos over the years and this was by far my favorite overall experience. The tattoo itself looks fantastic, but outside of that the overall experience was exceptional. Nic and Devon are two of the best people to be around. Very friendly and professional. Made a four hour session fly by. Great conversation the entire time and never a dull moment. Shop is very clean and you can tell they take every part of the job seriously.

No matter where you are in DFW I highly recommend heading out to ACU for your next tattoo. You won’t regret it.

We called around 9:30 and asked for walk in availability and ended up being taken care of by Nic and Devon. BEST TATTOO EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. Nic and Devon were so professional and the tattoos are phenomenal. They didn’t rush through it and were willing to adjust anything as needed. Forever recommend this place. Found my new shop 🖤
