I was referred by a friend, so I booked my appointment online for mix & match-2 piercings. Miguel did a great job at managing all the incoming appointments and getting people signed-in on a very busy Saturday. The waiting time was not bad and the place was visibly clean and didn’t smell (this is a plus). Moving on to the piercing portion, Miguel made sure to confirm the piercing types/positioning and marked the exact spots I wanted; had me breath through the piercings, so I was less nervous. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.

I booked a double helix piercing appointment with Sydnni and had a great experience. She worked with me and was patient with me as I asked many questions to ensure I got what I wanted. She was very helpful and talked me through the entire process. Hands down the best piercing experience I've ever had. Will definitely be booking again with her!

I was able to get an appointment the same day for my nostril piercing. Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable. When a piercer tells you not to do something, you should listen! I wanted to start with a hoop. He explained how the hoop interferes with the healing process. I respected the fact that he was very honest and straight forward about the importance of starting with the right type of jewelry. The actual piercing was super quick, yet thorough. He made sure that I looked at the placement to confirm that it was where it should be. This was my third time piercing my nose. Compared to the previous piercings that were done elsewhere, I certainly felt more comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be back.

My daughter had a helix piercing done by Miguel. The process was fast and very low discomfort getting the piercing. She loves her piercing and he gave great, detailed aftercare instructions. Highly recommend

I had my nose pierced by Sydnni. She was excellent to work with. Answered all my questions, allowed me to go back and forth on sizing, answered opinion questions and was very light handed when it came to the actual piercing. The office is just as pictured, is very clean and everyone was very nice. I highly suggest making an appointment. I made the appointment an hr before I walked through the door. It was not hassle, I was in and out with no waiting. I will go back again. My nose, although a little painful at first already seems heeled and I am supper happy with it.

Finally decided to get my conch piercing! Came across American Tattoo Company after searching places to go to. It was easy and quick to make an appointment. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. Sydnni was friendly and helped me calm down since I was nervous and excited! She walking me through the process and the price was affordable. Definitely going back for future piercings.
