Went and saw Sydnni for a piercing, she was very nice, talked me through the whole process to alleviate nerves and took her time to make sure I was happy with the placement. Staff was very friendly, saw them accommodate a walk in while I was there. It was also a very clean and comfortable environment

This place is awesome! I’ve gotten piercings before and this experience was the best I’ve ever had! The place is remodeled (so I was told) and it’s very pretty and clean! Sydnni made the overalls piercing process pleasant. She’s very professional and even funny! Not only does she have a great personality, but she knows her stuff!! I only came for one piercing but I got two! She helped with the whole process from picking the jewelry out to even discussing the placement. She was also really good at explaining the process. Her work is absolutely amazing! I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Miguel was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what to expect, best practice and the process of septum piercing. Initially I wanted Sydnni because she was recommended by a friend but he was great!!!

They also have a great selection in earrings and the remodel of the shop is a MUST see. Love that they also have 14k selections and went home with some amazing Junipurr earrings.

Excellent customer service, felt welcomed and comfortable from phone call through appointment. Miguel had a gentle hand for minimal discomfort & provided great education on proper care techniques for my new piercing. Beautiful assortment of quality jewelry to choose from. Highly recommend!

My appointment was very quick (took around 15 mins total) and Miguel was very helpful with the jewelry choice. Overall, I expected to spend much more money than I actually did! However, 4 stars because my appointment was at 1 (when they open) and I had to wait about 10-15 mins because the door was closed and no one was at the front desk. Normally I wouldn't mind but it was cold outside so I had to sit in my car.

I highly recommend Miguel for your piercing needs. I was nervous about getting my piercing and he made me feel real comfortable and explained every step that will be taken.
