mel and george are very unprofessional. poor management with TERRIBLE artist. MEL... next time make sure your artists arenât using âbad needlesâ and threatening your clients. you donât want to catch a lawsuit. if i could give this review a ZERO star, i would.

If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would. The artists here are so rude and disrespectful! They clearly don't care about fixing bad work that comes out of their shop. This is ridiculous. Do NOT get your work done by Mel!

I called to confirm they were available, ten minutes later I arrived and was told to come back in an hour because the person was too tired to work.
At least be honest to your clients when they bother to call before they arrive.
