Mel did my tattoo it was a last minute walk in and she was super kind and patient with me 10/10 would go back. Went to another tattoo shop in Houston with an appointment the same day and they were rude and never got to me waited almost two hours but not with the neon jackal, super friendly staff, If you're in the area I would go here over any other place!!
