Showed up less than a month ago after driving 30 minutes and there was a sign on the door saying there was no piercer on the night they’re supposed to have a piercing special. Showed up after driving 30 minutes AGAIN for their Tuesday piercing special at 9:10pm, 50 minutes before they close, with 4 people in the lobby and they had already cut off the line. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they don’t overwhelm their people, but I received no explanation as to how many piercers there were or how many people were waiting to express some kind of validation for being turned away for a service that takes less than 10 minutes to perform. Just seems like poor customer service on top of the fact that if they are taking no more people, why have the Open sign on? The flighty girl behind the desk rattled on like she might be high talking about how they are open tomorrow and then proceeded to literally list every day of the week that they were open, which is every day. So I learned the days of the week and got no empathy as she just smiled and shrugged me away. I don’t know, man. Maybe I’m being a Karen, but as much as I wanted that BOGO piercing deal, I’ll now be going somewhere else close to home. I’m afraid of needles so building up the courage to finally get my nose pierced only to be turned away twice was emotionally taxing. Really disappointed that I made the drive after calling ahead to ask if they had a piercer. Come for the deal, but make sure you are calling to check for availability of a piercer, if there’s a wait, AND when they cut off the line. Makes me wonder if I hadn’t had to wait for the train for nearly 6 minutes if I would have made it in time. Ultimately, they did nothing so egregious that it’s not worth coming, but do your research on other places before making the drive if you are not local.

This place did so well with my navel piercing! Amber pierced me, along with my friend who got her septum done. She was so nice and patient with me! Amazing at her job. Very decent pricing and their belly button piercing options are soo cute too. Also, the people at the reception counter were very kind as well. Not sure what others are saying but they were very nice to us!

I visited here for piercings in 2016 with my 4 year old & again this past weekend for ear piercings. I brought a friend to get her 10 year old daughters ears pierced for the first time. We walked in & mom complimented on how clean it looked & smelled. The process is easy & they explain everything step by step. The entire shop is very clean & sterile, but gorgeous with all the art work everywhere! I even decided to have my second holes repierced. Everyone is happy with their new piercings. I plan to go back for my first tattoo

I got three more earlobe piercings 7 weeks ago. Amber did a fantastic job! She talks to you the entire time to get your mind off things. I love how they turned out! The piercings were positioned well - she made sure to position them so they even looked good with larger earrings in my first earlobe piercings. I just changed them last night; the healing process went really well. Thanks Amber!
