Don’t bother. RUDE receptionist didn’t even bother to look up when talking to us. We wanted a hand tattoo and we were told the artist wouldn’t bother with us unless we have a sleeve tattoo. Never heard of this!!!

Highly recommend! Went to go get piercings, a septum, helix, and upper lobe. The staff were very patient, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. Any questions I had were answered. It is walk-in only for piercings but because I chose Daddy Jack's based on the great reviews, I did not mind waiting. There are only about 8 chairs though, so if you have any disabilities or may possibly need to sit for a long period of time, be aware of that. My piercer was Amber. She was knowledgeable, and made the experience very comfortable. I plan on going back soon for more!

I came in earlier today (Wednesday, 7/13) to get my second lobe piercings and first helix piercings done. I was able to walk-in and make an appointment, and the woman at the front desk gave me a bit of advice on what I wanted and was very helpful. There wasn’t a long wait, and when I went back, Mallory did a great job! She made me feel comfortable, ensured I was happy with the piercing placement before she pierced my ears, and both talked me through aftercare and gave me a care sheet once she finished. We were done fairly quickly, but it didn’t feel rushed at all. Great customer service & expertise; overall a 10/10 experience today! :)

Me and my girl got a matching tattoos from James. He took the time to meet with us and brainstorm about getting the exact style we wanted. Having gotten tattoos before, I can say that most artists have a certain way or style they prefer to do. But James was patient and even helped design a piece better than the original photos that we brought in. Dude was super light handed and was reassuring throughout the whole process. Most importantly, we got some badass ink. If your considering getting some work done, Daddy Jacks is the spot, and James is the artist. Came in for a tattoo today with James with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. He drew up a piece with me, adjusted it a few times, and made sure I liked it. He really spent time making sure I was apart of the whole process. The piece came out so much better than I expected! James is a true artist and extremely professional throughout the whole process. The staff were very patient with me as I was back and forth with a hard decision between a tongue or septum piercing, ultimately going with my septum. Loved my experience and piercer was super chill and helped me through the process. My piercing looks great and feels great!
