I’ve been to Lilac about 3 times and each time it got worse and worse. Since they have gotten more “popular” through social media, it seems like their prices have gone up as well and all they care about is money. They are not very personable anymore. The girl that works at the front desk & Joey, who no longer works there, have always been kind thought. I received a tattoo, not even bigger than my palm and it was $500 (over $600 w/ tip). Yes, it’s my fault for paying that much for such a small tattoo but I have anxiety about that stuff and refusing the service. My fiancé received a tattoo about 3 inches long just a thin line of our dog’s ears and it was $150. Seemed a little ridiculous but again we just went with it. They also received another tattoo and while the artist was tattooing, their tattoo gun stopped working in the middle of the tattoo (due to it being charged) so they had to pause and start again 40 minutes later. Now, half of the tattoo is completely faded and the lines are terrible and shaky. My sister also received a navel piercing from leydi and she pierced it so shallow that it grew out of her skin despite my sisters religious care for the piercing. She had the piercing looked at by another, more reliable, piercer and she said Leydi didn’t even pierce the right spot, she pierced her stomach, not her belly button, and very shallow at that. She was glad it grew out anyways so she can actually get it pierced in the right spot once the huge scar heals. Definitely won’t be going back.

My friend and I came here to get a tattoo and a piercing because of their atmosphere and reputation! The experience we were met with exceeded our expectations. I’m so glad a place like this exists. We both love our work, and my partner and I will be coming back at the end of the week to have more things done. This shop has a wonderful story and purpose. The owner is professional and fun, as were the artists! Thank you Lilac for being a vibrant and welcoming environment! Absolutely would recommend!

I was referred to this shop by a friend during their flash pride event they had going. I went with the thought of getting one tattoo and ended up getting three, coming back a second time the same day. AWESOME service despite being busy, but busy = popular and I see why. I saw Sarah and my wife got her first ever tattoos by Maddy who were both super nice and talented. The atmosphere in the shop is pretty dope too! Definitely coming back for more ink!

Love the new studio! I've been seeing Dominique for my tattoos for the last year or so. Her work is incredible. I get compliments all of the time especially about the quality and line work. She is thorough in what she does and i enjoy my time with her whether we talk the entire appointment or just listen to music. I'm so happy the new studio is open! The energy in this place is something else! Everyone from the front desk, staff and other artists were very kind to me and everyone that walked in. I was having a bad personal day but after being around everyone in the studio, it all disappeared and the kindness i experienced was much needed. I cannot wait to come back for my next appointment!

This shop is the most elegant, beautiful & magical shop I have ever seen. Women owned and operated. I got my tattoo done by Sara she did an incredible job! The detail in my bee is amazing. She fit me into her busy schedule and was so kind and sweet! I’m from out of state and I will be traveling back just to get my tattoos done by Sarah. 10/10 could not recommend this shop more!

Not only is she super chill and creates an environment that makes her clients feel comfortable, but she is SO talented! We picked out a double exposure picture of Mac Miller from his Circles album and she BODIED the design! Couldn’t be happier!

Loved the whole experience! Sarah did matching tattoos for my wife and I and we couldn't be happier. The vibe at this shop is very inviting, it's beautifully done. All the women there are great. Overall the vibe here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have been here twice and both times Saleen tattooed me. She’s a very talented artist, charming, and professional. She did an amazing job on both! Also, got my septum pierced by Leydi which was clean, quick, and nearly painless. Thank you ladies!!
