I visited three other tattoo parlors today before ended up here. This place was spotless smelt amazing and the staff was super friendly. The first place I visited was rude so this was very welcoming. I told them it was my first tattoo and that I was a crybaby. All three of them made me and my sister laugh Dave held my sweaty hands while Steve answered all my questions with humor which is just what I needed I didn't catch the woman's name but she stayed longer because I asked her to just for morale support and asked how I was doing after Steve began working on me. He did amazing work didn't rush even though we went into closing time and he made sure I liked it. If ever I want another tattoo this is the only place I will go.

i would rate 0 stars but it won’t let me. i came in one night around 7 and they close at 9 we were the only ones in there and we waited for an hour and a half until we finally decided we would come back the next day because it was taking so long and the older man at the front was making rude comments on how the tattoo artist shouldn’t keep me waiting. so they gave me half my money back and kept the other half. the next day i decided that i didn’t want the tattoo i picked out and when i got there i apologized saying that i had changed my mind and that i would make another appointment since i probably wouldn’t be able to get my money back for the deposit. but the man at the front desk from yesterday told me that i had wasted there time and the artists time and that he didn’t even actually work there and he wouldn’t be able to do my tattoo next time. i said i was sorry at least 3 times when he kept telling me how i was wasting there time. i finally said sir i’m sorry i don’t know what you want me to do about it now. i can’t go back and change it. i can reschedule and appointment so i can think of something i actually want and he got up and walked away and they gave me some of my money back. we left and i plan on never returning
