If you have a specific artist in mind its always advised to call ahead for availability. Consultations are always free and you can view all of our artists portfolios on our website. We are proud to offer permanent cosmetics from artist Meghan McKelvey. Empire Tattoo studios are staffed to handle everything from daily walk in tattoos to custom artwork by appointment. I brought in a print out if what I wanted. They scanned it, re-sized it to fit my wrist, and tattooed me in about 15 minutes. They were very easy to talk to and get along with. Everything was sanitary and every precaution was taken. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else.
