This place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and fun but most importantly, they sincerely care about your enjoyment of any modifications and the potential health concerns that can arise. They are more than willing to answer any questions you might have, allay your fears, and give you plenty of useful advice about upkeep and even suggestions for complementary mods. Momento ink has excellent customer service ! Samantha has done three of my piercings now and I love them all she's great ! I'll be going back to see her as soon as possible for my next piercing .

April is the only friendly artist there... definitely don’t go to David Mann unless you want to sit on the tattoo table while he smokes a cigarette every 5 minutes and drinks 3 2 liters of Diet Pepsi . Not the cleanest shop either

I have been working on a space sleeve and needed an local artist in Springfield Oregon that was familiar with this kind of work. I did several searches on the Internet looking for the right artists. After many searches I decided to go with Momento ink. I found that they were on Main St in Springfield and walked into the shop without an appointment. There were more than one artist open at the time. The shop was clean and looked very sanitary and sterile. David greeted me at the door and ask me what kind of tattoo I was looking for. We discussed what I was looking for and David gave me a reasonable price. David also explained that because I was getting my tattoo in the "ditch" that he would do any touchups at no charge in the future. The colors were bright on the work I had done was very consistent The line work was amazing. The rest of the staff was very friendly and I would rate this a five star tattoo parlor. I would recommend this tattoo parlor to anybody looking for a Great Tattoo and I will be continuing my sleeve with Momento Ink. Thanks David and the rest of the staff at Momento ink..

The employees are just simply awesome! not to mention they do great work...and you can get a tattoo or a peircing and ha e your hair and nails did all at the same place!!! Love the decor also🤘

Decent work done by the artist I'd chosen.... Simply the third and final appointment he was a no show, after I'd driven two hours to make said appointment.... Definitely would not recommend... I believe that to be Unprofessional.... Nice START to the work........😉 (addendum:: the above-mentioned artiste actually came through, as we had previously planned (daylight savings time 🕙 snuck up on him....🙄) the following week....appologized profusely...and actually felt the miscommunication needed to be remedied by finishing the piece (3rd session) and knocking some of the price off those last 4 hours....😎👊....

Ink therapy Circa summer 2017.... post wallula WA shutdown (big money come-up...it didn't last long🙄)....post midlife crisis. ..post 3 right middle broken metatarsal bones...post having my psycho ex gurlfren leave me at the ER with the abovementioned, and quite splintered pedi-bones..and definitely after dimetyltryptomine having found my consciousness a few short months prior.....
