Samantha is a great piercer and April is a fantastic tattoo artist. Piercing and tattoo services are also very reasonably priced considering the location and quality of artistry, jewelry, and aftercare the shop provides. Would highly recommend this shop for your piercing and tattooing needs.

The fine folks at Memento Ink I find provide a positive and bright environment for tattoos and piercings. I originally met them during the Springfield Christmas Parade as they gave out cookies and hot chocolate for the kids and parade attendees. The shop itself consists of three tattoo stations of very talented artists, a case of well-crafted jewelry, and a fabulous art gallery filled with thrilling pieces.
The staff are genuinely a friendly welcoming people who have a passion for tattoos and body mods. My experience with the shop was an initial warm greeting by a bright and energetic shop owner and her gregarious fun husband. They were knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the particular design I wanted. We took a brief period of waiting, about a week, for the shop owner to draw up the exact design I wanted. We scheduled a new appointment for the actual work and I ended up with a beautiful piece that I will genuinely be proud of for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend the staff at Memento Ink for any future tattoo piece you are considering.

I have been in the shop for two times to have piercings done and Samantha did a very good job. She was very thorough, and she double checked everything before the piercings were done. I do not see where the bad comment has come. She knows what she is doing and is very professional as well. Anytime I needed to get a hold of her all I did was send her a message and was responded to in a short time. I will be going back to her for any other piercings that I may want in the future. So if you have something bad to say then talk to her about it and not write a bad review.

Samantha was so patient with my daughter taking a lot of time to do the piercing. This is hands down the best piercing place I've ever been to. I've had piercings before and they got rejected. I've never had one rejected from Samantha.

The woman tattooist was helpful after a moment. All and all the male tattooist was extremely rude. Asked a few question about a piercing and practically got shunned because it’s not their area. As I walked in I asked if they had H2Ocean piercing cleanser and they said no as if I should have just walked back out the door. They did have piercing cleanser of another brand, which I eventually bought after they listened to me and one of the employees had to get up from a customer and use their personal phone to accept my card for payment seeing as their square console failed to boot up. Terrible energy. Terrible experience. Wish I would have gone to High Priestess from the beginning. It would have been worth the drive across town.

Had a great experience with Mia Buffalino, one of the Cosmetologists at Memento. Mia was super professional, and impressively knowledgeable with styling my teen son's difficult wavy thick hair. She asked really thoughtful questions and was genuinely invested in optimizing his previously unruly mane. My son and I were both delighted with the result. I normally cut and dye my own hair, but I've see Mia's color work on Insta so we'll both be going to Mia from now on. Amazing young artist. Also, the place is pure eye candy with a great vibe. Stoked to have (finally) found Mia and Memento Ink!
