He did an AMAZING job and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I went in to get 2 ankle tattoos and he did a fantastic job on them. I got my first tattoo here. The shop is so cool 3rd floor, I loved the yellow bench outside the door, tattoo chair is right next to the window (which overlooks downtown Oregon city), I got to put my tattoo on the wall, good price, and Smitty was a really cool funny guy I'm glad I got my first tattoo from him. I want to fly back to Oregon( from Florida) to get another tattoo.
