Smitty did a tattoo for my daughter's 21st birthday. She had wanted this sketch of her great-grandmother to be her first tattoo. She was nervous to be tattooed but Smitty was wonderful. He is very nice and knowledgeable and made us all feel completely comfortable. The studio was very clean and we liked that we were the only people as Smitty runs a one-man tattoo parlor. The quality of his work is amazing and we were very pleased with our results. And his prices were the best I have found! It was worth the trip out of Portland to go to beautiful Oregon City and get tattooed by Smitty. We have found our tattoo guy and will be back for sure! I highly recommend Oregon City Tattoo!

Smitty is the kindest, most professional, patient and a true masterful tattoo artist. When I first had Smitty tattoo me, I chose him over several other artists. I was a tattoo virgin. Smitty treated me with the upmost respect and care. He had a very light touch and I’ve had quite a bit of work done since. I receive a ton of compliments on my tattoos. I have a back piece of vibrant colored flowers and a hummingbird. My hubby was also tattooed by Smitty. We both highly recommend Oregon City Tattoo. You won’t be disappointed. Rock on Smitty!

My wife and I ended our honeymoon with matching tattoos courtesy of Oregon City Tattoo and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Smitty is reasonably priced, works blindingly fast, and has a wonderfully dry sense of humor we both appreciated. We usually get New Tattoo Energy everywhere we go, all "They were great! We will use them again!", only to decide later, "Meh, they were just okay", but it's been several days and just thinking about our experience, not to mention how great we look, makes us giggle like little girls. We will be back, possibly to have some other mediocre tattoos redone.
