I've gone to Epic for all of my piercings, and both my tattoos, one of which I just got last night. I did have to wait about a half an hour past my appointment time, but I felt very welcomed and I absolutely loved the new receptionist, which was my reasoning for posting this in the first place. She just finished training but she was very kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me and made the wait much more pleasant. You guys are the best.

Went in for piercings and Melinda was just the best!! I was a bundle of nerves and she was so thorough in educating me, she just made me so comfortable!!
