Even though they were busy that day they found time to get us in (and for less than originally quoted). Atmosphere was amiable and jokes were exchanged freely.

I was looking to get a memorial tattoo done in my boyfriend’s handwriting. Not only did the tattoo turn out better than I could’ve imagine, the service was beyond personable and genuine. I felt incredibly comfortable and taken care of, an experience I will never forget.
Mark, the owner and my artist was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. BEST quality, BEST service, incredibly reasonable prices with high quality results.
Hands down the best shop in southern Oregon, and I plan to go here for every other tattoo I plan on getting in the future.

I've known this shop for over a decade and it is extra clean, professional and has excellent talent. Korynn started tattooing me last year, doing a complicated chest cover up. She has done an amazing job, the work is beautiful and she's consistent, on time and easy to work with. I greatly appreciate her focus and care. She's simply an amazing artist and a joy to work with.
I also have been pierced by Melinda for years. She is wonderful, professional and quick. I even brought my teen in for his first piercing and she took the time to explain every step, making us both more comfortable.
The whole shop is great and has the feel of a classic tattoo shop! Love these guys!

Everyone there is friendly and I have also gotten my bellybutton pierced there too! If your scared to go to a new place with a new artist but have to… then stop looking😉 highly suggest here

I’ve gotten a lot of piercings but I’ve never had someone so wonderful as Melinda. She was super professional, really nice, and made me feel super comfortable. I started feeling sick during the process and she took such good care of me. Definitely my best piercing experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend Epic for your tattoo or piercings. I went in with a rough draft of a tat in mind to honor my dad's recovery from cancer, but I wanted it to be unique. So I worked with Mark Kidd who listened to my idea and then he helped design a one of a kind, killer tattoo that was fantastic. The shop was well lit and very professional. Everything was very clean and they take a lot of pride in providing a professional experience. Mark's work was top quality and my tat looks fantastic. I also had a family member get some piercings while I got my tat and Melinda was extremely friendly and professional. The piercings were spot on and look great. Sometimes the Epic shop is a little crazy busy because they do such great work for a very low price. Always remember that a tattoo is something you will have forever, so have a little patience if they are busy and they will work hard to make sure you get the very best results possible. I love the quality of the shop and the crew and I am looking forward to getting my next tattoo there. I refuse to go anywhere else!
