Riot Ink - Custom Tattoos

I just had a piece done by Nathan Varney on Saturday and I could not be more pleased with the work he did. Every interaction I had at the shop from the initial email consultation to the actual day of the tattoo was excellent. Everyone in the shop was very professional, courteous and the shop itself was very clean and had an amazing playlist on for background music :) I gave Nathan a general idea of what I wanted and let him run with it and he gave me a tattoo far more beautiful than I could have come up with. The amount of detail in it blows my mind! Everyone who has seen it so far is very impressed. I will definitely be back for more work here! Thank you Riot Ink!

Ive been visiting Nathan at this shop for three years now. He has dedicated 70+ hours of absolutely AMAZING artwork to my skin in those 3 years. The atmosphere of the shop and overall positive attitude of the crew makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Riot Ink is definitely a shop oozing with talent.

I recently went in and got a piercing done. I got my septum done. It has been a long time since ive decided to get a piercing and was very nervous about going. I've been to many places where I felt uncomfortable. I drove an hour to Riot Ink and was more than impressed with the service I got. Not only did I get an amazing piercing but i got some very good advice with my piercings that had been done wrong before at other piercing places. If you're unsure of getting a piercing, know if you come to Riot Ink they'll treat you like a friend with respect and make you feel comfortable while also giving you an amazing service.

I always have such a good time here. The employees are great and make you feel at home. I've personally worked with Nathan who is a fantastic artist. The shop is super clean and the quality of work is great. Will continue to return for my future work.

Not only was this shop super cool and eclectic, but also my experience with my artist was amazing. Taylor Shade is super talented. Her attention to fine, small detail and precision with line work is amazing, and she did such a great job on my tattoo. She was super kind and friendly, and had a very calming demeanor and tone which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She took her time to make sure my piece was completely filled in and that she didnt miss anything. The store is very clean and Taylor went the extra step to make sure her station was properly set up and sanitary before beginning.
I definitely recommend going to see her! She was so awesome, and I definitely will be going back to see her again!!

I’ve had five sessions with Nathan, and I know I’ll be back for more. He runs a clean, friendly, and talented shop. Other than getting quality ink each time, I really enjoy that when I bring him an idea he is always able to build off of it and make it better with some creative and aesthetic suggestions I otherwise wouldn’t have thought of. Went to Ryan Romito (romito_ink614 on insta) and had my first ink done. Super chill, walked me through the process so I knew what he was doing and why. Relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming. Definitely will be going back!

Clean and beautiful shop! Nathan is a great artist and has done several of my tattoos. I have sent him many people and everyone is always pleased with his work. He’s a talented artist and has a fun personality to make time go by fast! His artistry is worth every single dime and more! I will never step foot back into your place and I will stop referring your shop. Nick was rude and condescending to me when I was already distraught over how another shop treated me. I came in to see Nathan who I have great respect for. He referred us to Nick to try an accommodate my daughter and I for tattoos next week. He came to us immediately with a poor attitude and I had not even opened my mouth yet. I kindly excused myself while he was speaking with my daughter. He then proceeded to bad mouth me to my daughter when I left. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. His behavior was appalling. If he did not want our business then he should have never come up to the counter. He heard everything that was going on prior to, so he knew the issues. There was NO reason for him to act that way.
