Asked for privacy and that made me feel like I was being difficult. Felt uncomfortable. Not welcoming. Didn't get to see where my piercing was going. Wasnt even.ready. got pierced. N it was CROOKED! So im.headed to another shop.to fix it. Poor service, poor quality. I will NEVER go.here again or recommend anyone too. Just pay.a few more dollars and go somewhere else! It's not worth having to pay for a service there and have to pay somewhere else to get it redone properly!

The only reason why they have one star is to write a comment they work last for a few weeks my personal opinion is they do not know how to do the tragus piercing this is my second time getting it from them and my skin is completely ripping it happen the first time and they told me i was cleaning it wrong but i cleaned it how they told me to and it formed a keloid and it start ripping again . I wouldn’t tell anybody to go there at all. They service is terrible at that

This place was absolutely horrible!! The place was dirty and the service was just as bad. It looks like a hole in the wall, and the people were rude and lacking of good artistic input (in fact, I would go as far to say that the guy who did my tattoo was no artist at all!) When I asked them to change the way something was placed or said how I wanted it to look, they were extremely rude and one guy even rolled his eyes at me. I'm not an unreasonable person, but whenever I'm paying good money for something that is going to be on my body forever, I expect to be able to have them do it to my specifications without acting like I'm imposing on their sweet time. The guy who did my tattoo didn't clean the skin before he started, wasn't wearing latex gloves, and put a half of a paper towel on the finished tattoo. Its amazing that my tattoo didn't get infected, although I was extremely persistent about cleaning it. When I went to a well-known and popular tattoo shop (Evermore in Edwardsville, IL) the tattoo artist said that the guy obviously didn't know what he was doing, due to his poor line work and how badly torn-up the skin looked. I'm going to end up going to Evermore to have them fix it the best they can or cover it up completely. Also, I would like to add that my tattoo was a simple anchor attached by a string to a single balloon. Overall, I would highly advise against anyone going there to get a quality tattoo.

My tatto had little shading to it the artist act like she new what she was doin kinda disappointed in this shop DO NOT GO IM WARNING YOU GUYS

Excellent service and friendly staff. Crystal done my tattoo she did a great job. My son also got a tattoo, the guy that done his also did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable.

I’ve been busy but right around July 30 .. I went and got my nose pierced.. my sister asked the girl “Do I have to be in there with her” she said no .. as soon as my sister left she took my nose ring and just stuck it in my nose .. It was my first piercing I really didn’t know if that’s how you was supposed to do it I was only 14 at the time .. but my nose ring kept falling out and One time I couldn’t put it back in so It closed .. NEVER AGAIN !

He didnt whip me down which i didn't notice till some one else who was with me pointed it out later he didn't card me for my age but that mighty of been cause I had an older adult with me. And im 20 an probably look my age...i did found it funny I don't have to sign any paperwork (i did when i got my secondary ear libe did at my local mall...but they used a gun an not a hallow needle) or anything...they also didn't tell me anything about after care or healing or the size. But mostly of could be due to the fact I ask him. (And didn't care cause i research my stuff before) big guy was friendly an funny an minus general "different places different rules " it an ok experience an i would go back they have good prices.

I have gotten all 7 of my tattoos here. Also 1 dermal and a lip piercing. I have always had great work done! Guy is actually cool as hell!! Highly recommend!!

I went to get my nose pierced. The guy didn't dot it to show me where it will be placed. When he was done I asked why it was so far over he said he couldn't place it anywhere else. Then immediately turned around and said it could be moved but I would have to pay. This place is a mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst place of business I have visited. The owner and his girlfriend are very rude, unprofessional, and hostile upon arrival and the prices are low for a reason because the quality of service and customer satisfaction is extremely low. I wouldn't recommend anyone in the St. Louis area to visit this place for a tattoo or a piercing.
