The place itself was very unprofessional and not very sterile. I recently went in for a nose piercing and did not include me in the process, ask me where I wanted my piercing, and he also didn't disinfect the piercing site at all. He was kind however, but very arrogant and "all-knowing". He pierced it in the wrong spot, the jewelry was large, (didn't ask me what type of size) and easily slipped out of my nose. 0/5

I got two tats and my nipples pierced here, I brought my sister for her first tat. I can say that the place is OK it's not upscale. It depends on who you get as an artist. The customer service needs a lot of work. They do have there favs and it's ppl who are there faithfully so when you come in and your not a regular face it's awkward. I have no problem supporting a business. But customer service plays a big role. If I am not disrespecting you and I am nice, I expect the same in return. I plan on going back within the next week or so. Hopefully my experience is better.

Would not recommend, I came to get my second lobe piercing done and they were not symmetrical at all meaning I had one earring higher than the other, I had to go to another piercing shop so they could repierce and correct it.

I got a tattoo here some years ago. The tattoo is crooked and fading. I also got my tongue pierced and it embedded into my tongue and I had to go to the emergency room to have the piercing removed. Save your money for good quality work because you won't find it here unless you like ratchet tats.

Yea definitely coming back, I got tatted by Bud. He was a cool dude, and was patient, and respectful with my mother and I. He was at the door at opening time. And he did not rush and was not sloppy. Definitely coming back to get some hand tats from Bud.

Got both of my cartilage piercings on my ears. They were terribly uneven. One is at the tip of my ear and the other is like 3 centimeters off going down. No greeting at the door, someone was asked to do my piercing and had an attitude as a response, service was horrible period.

While they are very inexpensive, they are very unprofessional. During the piercing process the man just left the needle in my face and sat and had an entire conversation. But I love my piercing😊

i just went there tuesday Nov,5,2019 and got the snake eyes piercing and it was put in slanted and i believe the barbell that was used should have been longer for the swelling because now the balls on the end of the barbell is beginning to sink into my tongue. i just wanna know can i come back and get this switched out and let you see the work that was done

Horrible ...Horrible experience first the staff is rude and not friendly. Like I came here to give you my business. The woman tattoo artist could have cared less if I was there....she put me in the chair and didn't even prep my skin for the tattoo (I should have gotten up then). Did a a tattoo on me that my 8 year old could have did. Didn't give me any after care info...just trash. Had to go to All City Tattoo to cover it up (very happy with it) . They had a dog and kids running around ... Not professional at this shop at all. Don't waste your time are money here ...btw they don't want your money anyway. It's seems like your bothering them when you come in to get a TATTOO !!!!! They need to get better tattoo artist ... Promo there business within the shop ( give out cards to promo themselves) ...a more friendly atmosphere .... And oh yeah ACT LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO BE THERE AND GET YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!!!
