They were short staffed at the time but only 1 of the 4 employees were nice. They were very frustrated and mad at each other. Treating each other rudely and not much care for how long customers had to wait. We waited over 45 minutes just to have the piercer tell us which size post my daughters needed for the new earrings we were purchasing. Even the manager was short tempered. If you go here make sure you have patience.

Ru has done 3/4 of my piercings on my face. 2 nostril and 1 vertical labret, I also got my septum done by someone else here, every time my piercing is done perfectly, very professional and clean. Everything sterilized and they always verify if you're happy before you leave, 10/10 reccomend this place for any piercing.

Wonderful atmosphere very welcoming, staff is the best. Paul did my tuch up and new ink today. I'm very impressed. I've had all my work done at pure13 over the years.

Got 2 piercings done tonight and the lady was very professional and sweet it wasn't awkward at all like I thought it would be. Great atmosphere and the pricing was incredible as well. Thanks be back soon and ill definitely be sending people y'alls way.

Got my first tattoo here; done by PistolPete. Very satisfied with the results. Pain is expected so the artist asked if I was okay multiple times during the session. Overall HIGHLY recommend ❗

I have gotten 6 tattoos from “PURE THIRTEEN “ and I am so happy with everyone. They are very clean, very professional and very knowledgeable. They are extremely nice and they take their time to make sure that what you want is exactly what you get. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I plan on getting more tattoos.

My sister received work done here. She is a repeat customer however after her last tattoo and expressing how unhappy she was with the work the manager and tattooist have refused to give a refund or even try to find a timely way to fix this. They are apathetic to the fact that the work is not well done and that she is unhappy and they have been very unprofessional in their dealings. She paid $600 for a tattoo that looks like a 4 year old did the work. After posting on social media trying to garner attention to get some sort of resolution she was subsequently trashed by the artist who goes by Valhalla tattoos and the shop reacted with an angry emoji at her post and have tried trashing her saying that this is somehow her fault? This is just in no way professional. They don’t care about their customers but only their money. The manager/owner won’t even work with her on a tattoo or find someone to fix the tattoo in a timely manner. This is astounding.

The only place to go in DeSoto County for a tattoo or piercing as far as I'm concerned. I always use Flea (Jeff) because he has such a great reputation on the area and is well known for his work. Although I've seen several of the other artist's work and they do beautiful work as well. Very cool atmosphere although I hear a remodel is underway! Looking forward to seeing the makeover!
