I usually go to the location in the mall, but went here to get matching tattoos with friends from Anthony. I don’t know if the staff was having an off night, but I did not feel welcomed at all. I would never come back here. The lady at the desk was very off putting, arms crossed with no smile like she didn’t want to be there. The culture around tattoo shops can be exclusionary, so it’s really important to me to find shops that are welcoming and this is the opposite of that. The staff were nicer to the cat that sits outside than they were to us. Anthony did a great job though.

Felicia is the bomb. She makes you feel comfortable and is very professional. She has done a total of 8 piercings between myself and my daughters. I highly recommend. My encounter with other staff members was pleasant as well.

Easiest 5 stars iv ever given. Adam at Pure Thirteen is hands down the best piercer I have ever had. I will not go back to anyone else. He is extremely professional, very confident behind the needle, knowledgeable and all around the best iv ever had to do piercings. I highly recommend you go see him for your body art needs!

First time here, I came in to get a new ball for my septum and ended up getting a tattoo and a new piercing. So that should tell you it’s all good vibes in there. Can’t wait to go back for more work!! Paul did my amazing butterfly tattoo.

I brought my teenager here to get her upper ear pierced and I got my nose pierced. I’ll start with the great stuff.
Felicia was my piercer and she was phenomenal and the reason I’m giving this place 5 stars! My nose piercing was basically painless, she pierced my kiddos ear with minimal pain, and she was very sweet to both of us!
The older lady up front was professional, and patiently explained everything.
The younger girl was a total dud that worked up front. She was pretty snarky about any question I had (I don’t often frequent tattoo shops, so I had questions), and I felt like my presence annoyed her. (That might be true, but I don’t think a paying customer should be made to feel that way…) I wasn’t expecting rainbows and glitter.. however, I did not appreciate our interaction…

Fantastic place got my nose pierced and it was super quick and pretty painless. The staff was amazing my mom and aunt also got tattoos that turned out beautiful and they had a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back for future tattoos and piercings.
