If I could rate zero stars I would. I drove almost an HOUR to come to this place for a cartilage piercing. I arrived just after 730pm on a Friday and after waiting in line for over five minutes was told, with some attitude, by the receptionist- a blonde with a septum and medusa piercing- "you're cutting it close" then was told "no, they wouldn't do the piercing because then they wouldn't be able to leave by 8pm closing." I know it wouldn't have taken very long to have a simple cartilage piercing done. I explained that I drove from almost an hour away and was still turned down YET THEIR WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY STATES: "walk ins ONLY for piercings any time Mon-Sat from 12pm to 8 pm." If it's walk ins ONLY then I couldn't make an appointment in advance but yet when I walked in I was still turned down. Since that's how you treat your paying customers I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to come here. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely rude!! Brandon was awesome and so informative, but he needs to get out of that shop because he can do way better. The lady I talked to about getting my nose pierced was so unhelpful. She rolled her eyes when I started asking about what jewelry they use and heal times. I felt so unwelcome and I was literally thinking of just walking away from this piercing. Then a customer came in and got a new piece of jewelry, the two ladies working up front proceed to pull it out of the packaging with their dirty hands and put it in some sort of solution.. Completely nasty! They had money just laying around all over the front counter and I will never go back there. Nor will I ever recommend someone to go here.

Rob did an amazing job on my half sleeve. After two appointments it was finished and was priced well especially for his level of talent. Definitely going back there in the future.

I needed to have my earrings taken out for medical testing and this is a free service if you get your piercings done here. I always slip a tip to the piercer for the effort. They do fabulous tats here too. I highly recommend this place.

When in with a question about a stencil. Was ok not to be able to be able to buy one, but the staff appears to have a big problem with it. Rude, bad customer service. Posted a bad review on F/B. Since that time, ‘2 days later’ their staff and buddies have been lashed out, whined, and contumely talked down / bad mouth on their F/B page. Some throwing insults. If they freely speak out in public like that, just imagine how bad they’ll treat you when in private. If you are really in the need for bad customer service, then by all means… go to this place. Only wish I could give negative stars for their rating.
