When I wanted to get my medisa, I heard glowing reviews about Cactus Tattoo and Piercing from a coworker, so I decided to go even though it is an hour and a half from my home. Brandon, who did the piercing for me, was wonderful, and I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. But what really made this the only place I'll go from now on was my experience with Bri yesterday! I called in a bit of a panic about my medusa healing, and not only were they so kind and understanding over the phone, Bri went out of her way to accommodate me and make sure I'd be able to get it looked at that day and put my mind to ease! When I got there she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding of my panic. She made me feel comfortable, helped me with the problems I was having, and talked me through what to expect for the rest of the healing process. Bri and all of the staff I've met here are truly wonderful and I'll be recommending them to anyone I know looking for piercings!

Wanted to get a simplistic sleeve for a tattoo and went in for a consultation and all went well, scheduled my appointment for about a month out. The day of my appointment came and I went in at my scheduled time but ended up in the waiting room for 25 minutes only for the artist to say that he's not comfortable doing my design because he doesn't think it will look good. What's the point of a consultation then???? Staff is friendly but ended up wasting my time when a simple phone call would've sufficed. I'm not upset about the artist, they have a right to work how they want but I am disappointed that I wasted time on a consultation and in the waiting room to get a "Go back to the drawing board."

I went in to get an upper lobe piercing and my second nostril piercing today. I made an appointment a few weeks ago, and the process has been amazing throughout. Every single person I spoke to was amazing and helpful, and helped me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. I loved the whole experience, start to finish. I will definitely be coming back for any of my piercing needs. Their professionalism and quality of service is phenomenal and I am so impressed. Thank you all so much!

Rob is the best in the business! Amazingly creative, detail oriented, and talented like no one I have ever seen. I had a very detailed image with lots of line work. I cannot believe how happy I am with the end product. Looking for your next tattoo or piercing....look no further!
