I've had 4 piercings done at Captive, and I can't say enough good things about them. I recommend them to anyone looking to get pierced. They are SO clean, very professional, very reasonably priced, good jewelry quality, and you feel like you're being cared for by a friend. I absolutely love Captive, and their staff is professional and sanitary. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

Great place loved it,The people were so nice and they gave tips om how to clean your piercing which was great cause this was my first piercing. I will definitely get more piercings here again

I have been here multiple times for piercings. My body likes to reject and swell excessively after almost every piercing I've ever gotten. Liz has been AMAZING at helping me with all of my issues. I recommend her to everyone and have brought people in with me as well :)

Helpful. Knowledgeable. The staff i worked with was awesome. Staff asked questions and did everything to make sure i had the right shoes while offering easy tips to help. The customers who came in after me where helped quickly. Each staff were attentive to their customer, but also acknowledged any new customer. I felt like i was important to then. Customers where ask ages. I think I've found my fav shoe store.

Had a wonderful experience. I’ve had 3 different visits here. I did simple piercings but everyone’s was extremely nice. I HIGHLY recommend. The prices and professionalism behind the great employees is outstanding. I’ve went with a friends who also got piercings and have had nothing but great things to say! This place is the best!
