Liz is great with young children. She pierced my 7 year olds ears with ease. She knew exactly what to say to make her comfortable with the needles. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend Liz!

Went in for some piercing retainers and they had exactly what I needed, as well as many other options. The worker was friendly and the place seemed nice and clean. Will check out again in the future for other piercing/tattoo needs.

Nikola was AWESOME! My sister and I were walk-in tattoo appointments. There was maybe a 5 minute wait for him to finish up another appointment and then he was entirely focused on us. We went in with an idea of what we wanted (a quote) but we didn't have the exact size or the font we wanted. He wrote something up, ended up changing the size to what we wanted and it was perfect! It took less than 5 minutes for each tattoo, but he still did a great job. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area. When I called in to see if they took walk-ins, the receptionist was very friendly. When we got there, she remembered my call and got us settled. She explained the paperwork effectively when it came that time. She answered any questions we had without snark or sarcasm, like one of the other reviews mentioned. I loved my experience and will recommend to anyone in the area.

I've gotten pierced here a few times. They are always nice, quick, and safe. Prices are good too. The first time I came here was for an industrial piercing, but was told I couldn't due to the shape of my ear. I went to another place and they were able to do it. However, I appreciated the piercer's honesty because if they're not comfortable in doing it I don't want them to do it! Shout out to Taylor who does a really great job! I barely felt anything when she pierced me!

I stopped in to Captive Elements while in town for work. Lost the ball to my nose ring, the hoop fell out of the hole, and I couldn't get it back through. The lady was super nice and helpful. She explained to me each step as she was re-opening the hole that had started to close while my hoop had fallen out. She was very clean -- changed her gloves 3 or 4 different times in the 10+ minutes I was in the shop. Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable people!

I just HAD to come on and say THANK YOU to Liz and the staff that I met upon my arrival. I was so nervous about getting my girls pierced. Liz talked to me like a person and not a body. That is greatly appreciated. I was able to feel calm and considering I do have a documented phobia of needles (go figure i get pierced) It was over in a snap! Minimal pain like she said. AND they are even! I cannot tell you how many misalignments I have had in general over the years when it comes to body mods. -.-
So far it is day 2 and there is not much swelling or issue at all. Seriously wondering how in the heck she pulled it off so dang well! Thanks Liz!

Got my daith pierced on both sides by Liz. She is amazing! I always feel comfortable here. Never worry about the cleanliness or safety. They also have ounchcards which makes it even better!
