Founded in 1973 by Tattoo Charlie, the studio has consistently been at the forefront of safety standards. Charlie was one of the first artists nationwide to begin wearing gloves, he pioneered the use of disposable tubes in the early 1990’s (most studios still reuse steel tubes to this day), and Charlie and his son Buddy helped write the regulations governing tattooing and piercing for the state of Kentucky. Charlie passed away in 2007, his son Buddy took over running the business at that time."

I haven’t had a personal experience YET but my hairdresser got an amazing tattoo at Tattoo Charlie’s and it looks flawless! She said they were willing to listen to her ideas of what she wanted and come up with an incredible design that is unique! She has a one of a kind tat and I’m hoping to do the same soon!

They did amazing with my piercing! They put any concerns I had to rest plus they make absolutely sure their equipment is 100% sterilized before they even brought me back to do my piercing will definitely be back

Worst first experience with a nose piercing. Jess will not get back to you for concerns. Or maybe it was because I didn't tip when it was already overpriced as hell. (For what I got anyway, which is several infections and an absent piercer.) It was the day I turned 18 and I had just over 100 dollars to my name. (I paid 80.) This lady advised against everything except spraying solution to the piercing. That's it. No soaking, cleaning with a q-tip, etc. I'm going on my...5 1/2 month mark. Severely infected, skin is painful, I have tried to figure it out myself. I was not given enough aftercare advice, in fact she gave me the opposite of advice. Thanks :)
...oh, my friend had hers done somewhere else, paid 60 bucks, and hers is more healed than mine. She has had it for 6 weeks.

I am looking for a tatoo artist for my granddaughter and I. I want someone that is good because I never dreamed I would get a tatoo until I got cancer and my granddaughter asked me to get a tatoo with her! Now I'm a grandma and what they ask for most likely they get. Especially if she wants to do something for remembering my cancer and how much we love each other. We have waited a few years because she asked me to do this when she was about 15 and we had to wait until she turned 18. I told her maybe after Christmas we could do it.

I had a very easy process of changing my nose piercing. The jewelry is real and expensive but very worth it. I had to change my nose piercing for work and that cost me $31 installation fee included. Very simple and they give you a set to change it yourself at home.
