it's a groovy place with grooviness all around. if you like your mind to be BLOWN this place might just BLOW your MIND for you. the selection inside is really LARGE and GROOVY. and the prices aren't HUGE like other shops in OLD TOWN.

The place is great and fair priced. But one of the owners is always about how he takes care of his customers... well I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and I did not get taken care of 3 times in a row when they didnt have the correct shipment in. I also was told things that were untrue about product just so he could get it off his shelves. I had to wait 30 minutes before he even attempted to make it right and then it didnt get made right at all. So it really depends on who helps you.

Great place. They have everything we like. And are always helpful. But it would be nice if they where open during stated hours. It says they open at 2pm and it's 3pm. No one here yet. And it's not the first time this has happened.

Great environment. Awesome people. Up to date on all their info. Always answered my questions and some. They have a vast assortment of stuff, unique stuff too. It's like a little diamond in the rough. Don't forget your ID, they do check. I love the outside too. The art on the outside is always awesome.

Do not shop here!!! Spent $350 and received a handwritten receipt. Was told ‘The Owner’ will send me a printed receipt. When he comes in at night to collect the money. Because the printer is broke. Wink wink. No money trail for this illegal business. Which is what I need to register the product for the warranty. It has been 2 weeks and still getting the run around on my proof of purchase. Been speaking to people about the owner who all tell me he is a true POS!! Which leads me to believe we have an illegal business going on here. Will be contacting the BBB.

The hours they post aren't always the time they are Open. They are a family owned business maybe that's why? I don't know but I waited outside for a long time for them and I finally left and came back and I was able to get in. Other than that I love this place. I just wish they would come to work and Open up when there sign said they were open. Because its a waste of gas to make someone keep coming back when the doors are closed.

I have never had a bad experience here. I would have to say I have many favorites about this place. First off they have everything. Wall to wall top to bottom this shop is packed with anything and everything a person could ever need for their smoking purposes. Even novelty ash trays and tshirts. Use your imagination and they probably have it.
My second favorite is the art all on the outside. It's just beautiful and interesting to look at. Finally my all-time favorite reason for loving this place is that it isn't just a shop. From the owner to the basic guy behind the counter or cash register they educate. I've never been to a place that was more about the education than the sale, but this place would be it!! Definitely a local gem!!!

It's a great smoke shop. Excellent customer satisfaction. I bought a 30g container of Kratom that only had 15g inside and they compensated me with a 60g container of the same stuff! Very nice staff that care about their customers. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations, they will point you in the right direction.
