Best selection of a large variety of products in the area. Easy access, but limited parking in what can become a muddy lot, which it was when I was there.
Staff was quick to help, but also kinda pushy. When asking for something specific, getting told something else "will work" and having the sales person being pushy about it doesn't make for the best shopping experience.
The place was rather busy, so I understand trying to keep the flow going, but don't insist on the customer purchasing something they are pretty sure isn't what they need. "Nah, bro, you're good, you're good" is what I kept being told, for a purchase that I knew I didn't want, or that would even work.
If you need a head shop, this place will probably have what you need. Just expect to get pushed along quickly. Make sure to stick to what you want.

This place is lot nicer than it used to be and a whole new crew of help. Young guys who have great knowledge of all the products. They wr great help. This place has a fabulous selection of inscence also! Lots of fun stuff in here, and plenty of help to show you how everything works :-) thanks for the great customer service.

Things have gotten a lot better for Orionz lately. They seem to have worked through their staffing problems and are back to regular, reliable operating hours. They're very well-stacked for both your regular needs and when you're looking for new things to try. The staff has good product knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Best shop of its kind in Wichita.
