I received my piercing here and really loved how the owners interacted with their customers, knew what they were talking about, etc. Very satisfied with my own experience, but still disappointed. I brought my good friend who is wheelchair bound 2 hours from home to recieve her piercings she's wanted. I had urged her to come to twisted ink because of the quality. I had made an appointment for her and everything, but the person who was supposed to do them was apparently not coming in that day. I was told when i made the appointment she worked half days and that she'd be there until around 2. We even arrived a little earlier (12:15) for the 1pm appointment since i was aware she had kids. Still, I am not likely to return after that. The disappointment on my friends face was enough. If an appointment is canceled for any reason, it'd be great to inform your customers.
