Tattoo came out fine, there was just way to much chaos and attitude. I definitely wasn’t the most important thing going on, artist had far to many other things going on. No suggestions were made about the tattoo that I wanted, usually you give someone your thoughts and they start thinking of what they could add or how they could improve what you’re looking for, I received attitude. Maybe it was a bad day but that was enough for me.

My experience started out great with a nice soothing phone, then I came in place was very clean and staff was nice. Amber did my doubles piercing and it turned out great. Overall amazing experience.

I called to see if there was an available artist and the man who answered the phone was very rude and short, when I came in too see my Artist, Steve was at the front desk and rolled his eyes when I walked up to his desk. Just didn’t not enjoy coming in.

I called to book an appointment and was told the new guy, Josh, would be calling me soon because he had the most availability. Hours later, he texted me to book the appointment. When I texted back, saying I was told he might have appointments that next day and asking if he had any pics of his work, he stated that they're mostly on his Instagram and did not respond about when he had availability. Okay... Unhelpful. I would've thought he'd be proud of his tattoos and could maybe text me a couple pics, since he was obviously texting to book the appointment, which he never got back to me on either. So whatever... Gonna get it done at Time and Tide. They seem much more professional and answered my questions. I just didn't want to have to book my appointment a few weeks out, but I feel much more confident that it will be done right at Time and Tide, so I guess it's worth the wait.
